Explained the features and how it was able to fold for transport without a lift. This chair holds my weight, weighs less than 40 lbs with the battery and is very solid. I've had it a few days now and love this chair! Im able to be more mobile in 3 days then the last month since my old scooter platform broke again. No pressure sales, Max took the time to talk, answer every question and really let the product speak for itself. I'm a disabled trauma nurse so I really do know value of medical equipment and medical professionals. Max is top of his field. Certainly worth the hour and change drive!

At end of…read morecompletion their hardware kits were missing one of the rubber caps for the support arms, not a big deal until I emailed them asking them to send me one, as well as asking their reccomendations for maintenance, especially snow and ice removal, and since it is all aluminum should it be grounded. Their response, contact the installer about the missing part. Mind you its their fault for missing hardware in their sealed plastic bags and they expect the installer who is two hours from the ramp location to take care of it, why not just spend the ten dollars and mail it to me. The maintence question went unanswered which I can only assume was because they have no confidence in product durability and answering my question would make them liable. Same goes for grounding, why electrical code, IRBC or the local and state agencies do not say anything about a seventy foot mass of aluminum needing to be grounded I dont know.

Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. I bought a tall rollator for my dad who is struggling with mobility. Within one day, Liam came to my parent house to do an assessment for my dad. It was so kind of him, and eye opening for us. My dad fell on March 28th at the beginning of the Pandemic and broke his hip. He was in the hospital and rehab for 5 weeks with no visitors. It was heart-breaking! Finally, he came home on May 1 and has had rehab at the house. Thank goodness for the rollator, it's the only way he can get around. We bought a shower chair for him too, after his fall. Which Liam delivered and assembled immediately, in time for the aide to help my dad have a shower. Last week, my mom and I went to Southbury to look at Lift Chairs for my dad. Liz, Marsi, and Liam spent so much time helping us narrow down our choices. My dad wanted to be part of the decision, so we took him to Mt. Kisco where Kim and Joe, and Todd, the Golden rep, helped us try the chairs and learn the features of each. My dad practiced sitting and standing, and moving his rollator to a place he could reach it whether seated or preparing to stand. They were so patient and helpful. My dad finally decided on the best one for himself. Golden, the chair company, recently had a malware problem and had been off line for over a week. Liam drove to Pennsylvania to the warehouse to pick up my dad's chair, among others for local people. He delivered it himself to my parents' house, so they had it within a week of ordering!
