Davey and the crew did an amazing job with the PPF wrap on my 2014 Tacoma. All the edges were tucked in nicely and did an incredible job! I also got a new head unit, subs, and amp installed with the wrap and only took a week to finish it up. These guys are amazing and can trust them to make your dream build.
A++++ This is the place to go to get your whip street ready, whether it's the color shifting PPF or underglow that pops, or if you just need that custom tint or the suspension that drops Natasha and Davey are going to hook it up right. They will treat you like a celebrity walking through the door, but won't charge you like one at the end. The results are top-tier, see for yourself! I wanted something extreme and they definitely delivered. They always go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. Second car out the gate with them and I will be back for more
Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost immediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!
Huge shoutout to @empirecustomwraps for the superb and professional job they did on my 2025 Model 3 Performance! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The attention to detail, precision, and quality of the wrap is next-level -- they brought my vision to life perfectly. The Inozetek Satin Liquid Metallic Titanium PPF looks absolutely stunning in person -- sleek, bold, and completely transforms the car's presence. The finish is flawless, the fitment is tight, and it truly feels like a factory-level application. You can tell these guys are passionate about their craft and take real pride in every detail. If you're looking for high-end custom wraps done right, I can't recommend @empirecustomwraps enough. Be sure to follow @socal_teslaruns on Instagram and TikTok for Tesla Meetups & Drives in SoCal

Davey was able to squeeze me in even though they were fully booked, which I really appreciated. They initially planned to keep my vehicle all day, but ended up installing my body kit in just a couple of hours. The price was great, and the quality of the install was beyond fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Empire Custom Wrap for anyone looking to do Tesla mods!
Empire Custom Wraps is the best in town! Natasha was very professional with her clear communication, customer service, and overall friendliness. Davey did an amazing job with my wrap with seamless "like-paint" look on my roof and mirror caps. I went to a car show not too long after and received a lot of compliments! Thank you Empire Custom Wraps for making my vision come true! -Nate
I provided a mile long list of things to do to my new Tesla and let me tell you- Empire delivered on every single one. They even did little details that I noticed later on. The attention to detail is spectacular. Even though I was a client, I was treated like family. Natasha and Davey are so kind yet professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend Empire custom wraps to anyone with any car. They don't just do wraps, they do IT ALL! Davey is a literal genius when it comes to electrical and creating things. He is so knowledgeable in what works and what doesn't work- and this comes from years of experience. I was also able to ask questions afterwards. Sometimes businesses are done with you after the work is done. But not Empire. This actually shows how much they care about their clients. Their pricing was spot on too. I got a few quotes and they were able to end up around the same price. I trust Empire with all of my cars so if you're looking for a shop that does it all- I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Empire Custom Wraps in Temecula, Ca.
Have brought my brand new Tesla Model 3 here twice for a front lip install and suspension done to it to lower it! The service done here is OUTSTANDING and would recommend anyone who has a Tesla to go here for all your aftermarket Tesla service done! Will be going here in the future to bring my dream car to life! Don't go anywhere else but HERE!
Davey and Natasha completely understood my vision when they helped me select the colors and custom design for my 2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance Car Wrap. I was astounded by the meticulous detail and craftsmanship of their work. After waiting over a year to officially choose a wrap company, I'm grateful that I chose Empire Custom Wraps. They efficiently scheduled an appointment and worked with me as my family was also involved in the process. They offered financing options and I felt the price was completely reasonable for the quality of the work. When I arrived to see the completed work, I couldn't believe my eyes. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Empire and the fantastic couple running it. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful with the outcome. You truly don't get top-notch service like this from just any small business! Checkout the car on my instagram: @iconictesla
Empire Customs Wraps is just incredible! The quality of the work is the number one reason to choose them to wrap your Tesla ! I have an older 2021 Model 3 Performance with 100k miles on it and it feels brand new to me again . In addition to my ultra unique Martini Race Wrap with the perfect worn out look they also wrapped my wife's New Tesla Model X in chalk white . Thank you so much Natasha and David for designing my wrap exactly the way I described. I was presently surprised as to how perfect it turned out. Thanks for the personalized touch you two put on the entire project by adding the new carbon fiber dash

To say that Empire Custom Wraps are amazing would truly be an understatement! From my first communication with them, they were absolutely responsive, patient, and eager to earn my business. They worked with me to find an ideal time, and even rose to the occasion when another customers car took longer and pushed my project back a week. Not only did they make it up with service but they went above and beyond give me extras to rectify the delay. Moreover, I was very pleased that they take their time with every project and ensure total success! What was truly amazing was the attention to detail. They did the inside of the door sills so the black paint didn't show in the seems. They are very genuine and work so hard to deliver amazing quality! Everywhere I go, I get looks on the wrap and how it looks like it's "painted" I will certainly be singing their praises and also be a repeat customer. It's not often that you find places that truly embody customer service, but David and his team sure do. Thank you Empire Custom Wraps for the great prices, incredible skills and second to none customer service!!! read more

Setting the tone. I was stationed in Japan and wanted to do a chrome delete in a short amount of time. I was only going to be in the area for a couple days due to relocating to Washington, DC. The only company that responded was Davy's Creative Wraps and stated he only needed a weekend. And I'm glad he did...Dave a I corresponded numerous times via the yelp app to ensure my vision came to fruition. The idea was a permanent chrome delete mirrors, lower grill (fascia) and tail light cover all for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dave researched the parts and ordered them right away...completed the wrap on my window panels...Then wrapped that awlful faded gold colors the Jeeps come with and made them black. I then had the idea of getting the undercarriage lights...He installed those too...He is the Jack of all trades! Needless to say I was speechless when I saw my Jeep for the first time. Crisp and clean....and the interior was just gorgeous...the attention to detail was above and beyond in every aspect. If I'm ever in the area for anything he is my first stop. read more
