It wasn't until me calling 5+ times they even sent me the cancellation invoice (after charging my credit card $500 for the service as my down payment) the cancelation invoice was incorrect and still charging me almost $400 for a service I didn't receive. I was told multiple times it would be $250 max for same day cancellation because cancellation fee is 50% of the quote (mine was $458) but since 229 is less than $250 I would have to pay the $250 As of now the two invoices they have sent me have both been incorrect, I am out $458 and they will not refund me . They refuse to send another invoice and they "promise" I'll get my refund but refuse to send any more documentation
