They are quick to blow it off as warranty won't cover it and now won't even call me back after saying they would try to help me out and offer me a deal on polishing and doing the ceramic again. I've had work done on 2 different vehicles. Tint job was not the best. I also got ceramic coating and it looked shiny for about a month. Complete waste of money. They even said themselves to bring it back in bc it didn't turn out well but I never went back. Not convenient for me to have my car again for a long period of time. Staff is rude and will talk to you like a child if you don't like what they are saying. Over priced! Also my chrome delete is peeling off around side mirrors. I called once to get a quote on a friends car and was never called back or emailed any information. I will not be going back to this place. read more

About 13 months ago I paid $2000 to have my wife's 2009 Saab convertible paint reconditioned by this company. At the time they only offered one protective ceramic coating so I paid to have that applied. The car looked amazing when done, the back bumper did not. It was explained to me that it was a different material and required a different process. I dropped another $150 to get it done as well. The bumper started showing wear in about 6 months. The rest of the car was starting to show some signs but still acceptable. Today 13 months and 14 days from the day i wrote the 2K check i had the car completely detailed and the finish could not be restored. When i called Empire Auto Spa it was explained to me that the ceramic protective coating is only expected to last a year. However NOW they offer a lifetime coating and all I would need to do is pay an additional $1300 and it would have a lifetime warranty on the finish. When I asked for a break because that coating was not an option a year ago, dude only dropped $200 bucks. I do not think this company cares about customer satisfaction and I do not recommend anybody buy into their story. read more

My first impression of Empire was very good. Spoke with Connor in search of a local reputable company to install a BlackVue Front and Rear Camera a long with a Valentine V2. He got right back to me and let me know it would be around 5 hours for the install. To this date, with multiple vehicles, I have never had this install take more than 3 1/2 hours. I explained this, Connor agreed, was very nice throughout the conversation, and we planned a day for my visit. I was very pleased to see how the location converted as it was previously a luxury dealership. It was great. The vibe of the team working around you and the positivity in general just felt good. There were a lot of cars which told me business was consistent and almost everyone checks on you every few minutes to make sure you have been helped. I know...how could this possibly be a poor review? I end up asking to meet the owner ,Shawn, an absolute great guy to talk with. We went from a $600 install to a 3k setup. He was never aggressive and really just wanted to learn about me and try to give my car the character. I immediately put 1k on my card as a good faith deposit, of which Shawn was kind enough to state it was unnecessary, however I wanted to show that I wanted to progress ASAP. Up to this moment everything was perfect, When I left, throughout the night I was questioning the look we discussed and more specifically the color of the rotors, so I called Empire the following day to request a rendering in order to have a better idea of the look. The rendering didn't come and so I requested it the following day again. I was sent a rendering of my car however with a completely different body color and calipers with alternate coloring as well. I called to mention this and was told it was an accident and they would send another. I waited around 2-3 days and still hadn't received it. During these days I grew more apart from the idea of the calipers and a few other pieces - especially not being able to see it atop being a bit sour with the poor communication with a company I was about to trust after a 45 minute conversation. To say the least it made me a bit worried but I was till wanting to see the look just in case. I called after those 2-3 days and a rendering was sent over rather quickly and sure enough - I didn't like the entire look and was glad. I ended up going with the exhaust, markers and electronics. Turnaround very quick and I was happy. Connor and I spoke about the 5 hours and he told me that it didn't take 3 hours like I thought but just a bit more. I arrived - the installer showed me that he wasn't able to adhere the front camera due to ceramic tint on the windshield and/or the tape not having time to adhere since it had been there. We agreed it would adhere after some driving. I asked for a receipt to just be emailed where I saw I was charged for the full 5 hours. I called and stated that I was told it was less then I was told no it wasn't. I was given an unfinished project and paid for someone to try and adhere tape for 90 mins give or take. There are other ways to install properly and the cameras were never tested either. Rear camera only shows a corner of the rear as its not centered. I have no idea how I am charged for 5 hours of an unfinished job coming from a company that seems to think outside the box so well. Shawn was out of town that week but everything else came out great. Empire aka Shawn is great to work with, outside the box thinker and just, seems very genuine. However it seems when Shawn is not there - the rules change and so does the quality. 5 stars I had my truck 2017 Dodge RAM Sport ceramic coated. With the 5 year warranty. I'm very pleased on how it came out. I did the rims inside and out too! Looks absolutely beautiful. They also went through the entire interior of my truck and cleaned and coated all the leather, vinyl, and sprayed a protective water proofing on the carpets. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. Had my vehicle in for light repair for two days after they installed new light that was installed by empire without gasket water gained access inside of vehicle bought it back they could not even purchase a new gasket that is worth 10 dollars they reinstated the old light and did not check to see if it worked spoke with jerry he mentioned he was aware but no one mentioned it letting me leave with a defective old light.For the amount of money spent you would think a 65 dollar light they would just purchase a new one I gues customer satisfaction does not mean anything to them so be aware it's not about the money but come on two day in the shop they still could not get it right!!!!!! read more

Working with these guys when I wanted a PPF and ceramic coating was nothing short of an amazing experience. The entire team is very trustworthy, friendly, accommodating, professional and skilled From the initial consult to the PPF and ceramic coating completion, Shawn and the rest were absolute professionals and very detail oriented about the work they did. Brought my Model 3 in thinking it already popped, but after their work with the paint correction, PPF bumper install and the ceramic coating application, it looked like a work of master artists. The car shines and just felt like a new car again. The PPF product they use has kept my bumper safe from the rocks I've had hit my car on the 528 and the ceramic coating just makes the car shine beautifully and easy to clean I can't recommend the team at Empire enough, they have the knowledge and skills to tackle any vehicle to make it showroom quality. I brought n my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I keep the truck relatively clean but because I will likely drive this truck until the wheels fall off I wanted a quality detail. Empire did not disappoint. I went in one afternoon for a consultation and they went over my options in great detail and what would be the best for my vehicle considering the age and condition. I opted for the 3 year polish and coating. Dropped the truck off at 0830 the next morning and picked it up at 1730. When I saw it it looked showroom new. The metallic gray had an amazingly deep shine. I had some light scratches on 2 of the doors and they were now basically gone. The inside was immaculate with every inch being clean and conditioned. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I picked the truck up one of the detail techs went over in great detail on how to wash and take care of truck now that it has the coating. I would definitely recommend Empire if you want to keep you're auto investment in mint condition. Oh and getting to meet and hang out with Sampson the Gynormous S. I just wanted to share my experience with Empire Auto Spa. I called them to do some wrap work for me on my F150 (Black out the chrome). Upon finishing our conversation they required a little more then 1/2 the money up front 695.50. Upon talking with them further they said that the door handles and mirror caps could be an issue (durability wise) so I told them that I decided not to go forward with the rest of the wrap and to just refund me the money they took up front. It has now been four days and they still have not refunded me the money and they have done zero work for me. I have called them four different times and STILL NO REFUND. They were damn quick to pull the money from my account though, if this is how they do business I am thankful that I didn't have them do any work on my vehicle. It has now been over a month with no refund and they just stole the money that they took from my credit card. This business is owned by thieves , I have had to get my credit card company involved with an investigation as well as the BBB. Let me reiterate They HAVE NEVER EVEN DONE ONE THING ON MY VEHICLE AND THE STOLE OVER 600.00 DOLLARS WITH ZERO WORK PERFORMED. Never gives these guys any of your card information they will not refund you they will take your money! I can't understand how this company with terrible integrity is still in business??
