All I wanted was a wash, thorough vacuuming and Armor All on all four's of course. I was charged almost forty bucks-which is pretty steep in my opinion but the car cleaner's really handled my baby with care. At the end of the wash, there was an attendant at every angle of my car, wiping, shining and drying it down inside and out. They didn't forget to vacuum inside my cup holders either. I need to check the car wash menu more thoroughly next time. I'm pretty sure I could've gotten the same type of car wash for slightly less.

I read a lot of reviews about them pressuring you into buying other services. This happens! If you don't want to spend extra, just say no. The guy mentioned that my oil was dirty and I could use a flush. Oil is supposed to be dirty after cycling through an engine for 6 or 7 thousand miles. One thing I will note though, they give you a sticker recommending your next oil change. That sticker is 3,000 miles after your last oil change. This is way off what oil manufacturers recommend for fully synthetic oil. My car: Fully synthetic, 6 quarts,

The guy who shined the car said he works for tips after he had already shined the car. There was zero disclaimer or any written signage anywhere to tell customers. The man then began demanding we "tip" him so we gave him a $20 and asked for the full amount back in change so we can tip. He only gave us back $10 and walked away. I had to physically leave my vehicle and demand for my money back after almost 10 minutes of arguing with him. while this was happening multiple employees watched and did nothing to intervene, while they signaled with their hands that the man was crazy... We were forced to leave after getting nowhere with him with none of our money other than the $10. He then told us he charges $10 for his service which angered my partner and I so much because we never agreed to do a second charged service which totaled the car wash to a wrapping $32! As this was all going on, there was another woman who was also arguing with the man who shined her car and showing him her bank recipes on her phone for the car wash charge. It was so horrible to watch another person go through the same situation! We feel as though we were robbed and this was especially upsetting because this was the only activity that we could do with the money we had to get out of the house. The rest of the money was intended for a cheap meal, which we now cannot afford. This is extremely shameful behavior, zap lube. Depending on my mood, I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give this place - star as I would.

They also were transparent about pricing, and the labor and effort was so worth it, especially when the damage was more extensive than we originally thought. I don't know anything about cars, and I never felt taken advantage of. Most importantly, as a queer nonbinary trans person, I often feel nervous about going into places like this, and I felt safe and affirmed the whole time! They even asked how I wanted to be addressed, which I've never experienced at a an auto body shop. I can't recommend this place highly enough, you should come here for anything you need! I certainly will be, and will be referring all of my friends.
