I walked in a little nervous -- okay, very nervous -- since it was my first class and my first time ever doing Pilates, but I immediately felt so welcomed. Kristin was incredibly warm and kind from the start. She checked in with me throughout class, made thoughtful adjustments when I needed them, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident the whole time. That kind of attention makes such a difference! The entire class had such a supportive, positive vibe -- no intimidation, just encouragement. I had two major personal breakthroughs during the breathwork sessions she guided, and the shifts have truly stayed with me. I also loved the in-person format... two immersive weekends packed with practice, feedback, and connection. I tried a DVD course previously but I felt like it was too hard and and I wasn't able to do it correctly due to a couple physical limitations, so thankfully today I attended the donation class Tabay instructs on Saturday mornings for adults and had a wonderful learning experience. Thank you so much, I would recommend this class.
