What made it so special for me was how beautifully Nichole blended the science and the spiritual. The training was deeply trauma-informed, hands-on, and grounded in both understanding the nervous system and honoring the sacred nature of the breath. Nichole has a gift for teaching and holding space. She's knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and holds such a safe and transformative space. I had two major personal breakthroughs during the breathwork sessions she guided, and the shifts have truly stayed with me. I also loved the in-person format... two immersive weekends packed with practice, feedback, and connection. I left feeling confident and ready to guide sessions right away (and actually led my first group session online just two days later, and it was incredible!). The community was another unexpected gift. I walked away with lifelong friends and a deep sense of belonging. If you're considering breathwork training, I highly recommend Nichole and the Somatic Arts Academy. It's one of the most impactful, well-rounded trainings I've ever done -- equal parts science, spirit, and embodiment.

The training goes far beyond learning techniques; it creates real safety in the body and a deep understanding of how emotions are stored and released through the nervous system. Science-based and spiritual. Nichole held an incredibly grounded, supportive space. What really showed me the impact was what happened on the last day of training. I experienced an intense emotional release in my car--crying, laughing, and expressing emotions in a way I never have before. It wasn't just sadness or relief, but something deeper moving through me. My body released what my mind didn't even have words for. I'm deeply grateful for this experience and the tools I now carry. Thank you, Nichole

There have been so many times I've walked into a session carrying something I couldn't fully understand or even explain, and somehow Bri knows exactly where to go with it. She has an incredible ability to make you feel completely safe, seen, and understood without ever making you feel judged. What I love most is that the work doesn't just stay in the session. I've noticed real shifts in the way I understand myself, process emotions, and respond to things in my life. Bri has helped me work through things I didn't even realize I was holding onto, and I've walked away from sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. She's incredibly intuitive, compassionate, and genuinely gifted at what she does. I've found myself recommending Bri to practically everyone in my life...friends, family, anyone I think could benefit from experiencing what she does. That's how strongly I believe in her and the work she does. I still don't fully understand how she does what she does **I'm sticking with magic** but I'm incredibly grateful I found her. :)

For the first time in my life, I actually realized and know for a fact that I can be my own guru and my own healer. I would have never come to this realization if it was not for the theta healing and coaching sessions I received from Raquel and V-Saga team. This woman right here, is a one stop shop. To me Raquel is a healer, coach, yogi and a teacher. What sets her apart from any other life coach or healer, is that she is not in this game for the money. She wants you to get it and understand it at a core level, because her philosophy is, she has billions of others who want to live fulfilled lives and she is here to help them with that. She does not want you as a returning client, she wants you realize "you" have the necessary tools within yourself to heal yourself. She just helps you uncover those tools. I was probably one of her most resistant clients she has encountered. Initially her coaching was not doing anything for me, and not because she was not good at what she does, but because my BS wiring I had was all screwed up. I have been on this earth for over 40 years, so you can image all the BS wiring/programing I had to unwire/un -program because I was not raised in a nurturing environment. So how did Raquel help me. Thanks to her theta healing sessions, I was able to realize at cellular level that my wiring at a young age was inaccurate. But prior to realizing how my thoughts became my actions; I used to operate my life in such a harmful way. Prior to Raquel doing any theta healing massage sessions, I was in a 5-year relationship, in where I knew my initiate partner was cheating on me, but I was unable to break up with him, until those theta sessions finally hit my hard wiring. Once I realized at a core level that I had been doing this to my inner child my entire life, I was finally able to end with that intimate romantic relationship in an instant. Why? Because I had an aha moment, in where I saw my inner child and how it how it been operating for decades like this. I was duplicating those images from my childhood and bringing them into my adulthood. Now you ask yourself, who in their right mind would do this to themselves? No one in their logical mind would do this to themselves. However, I at a young age was raped by a family member. As a result of the rape and my parents abandoning me, I told myself at a very young age that I was not loveable or valuable. Unconsciously, I kept repeating this same song all the way to my adult life. So, you can imagine all the situations "I unconsciously" put myself through in all my adult life. Am I completely healed? Of course not, but I can tell you that I definitely have drastically moved the needle in my life. I no longer operate from or put myself in situations where I am not the highest priority. Why? Because something inside me changed. My operating system was updated with new software. Thank you Raquel for always having the patience with me and not giving up on me. I will forever love you. And by the way, I am not getting paid to post this review. I am simply thankful for the changes I have seeing in my own life. I myself like to read reviews in the self-development world of not just the highlights of someone's life. Because it is easy to write highlights of our own lifes. But I like to see the details of the before, and after. Which is why I wrote my review in this manner.
