I just completed two weeks with the Somatic Art Academy, and the experience was truly transformative. The breathwork facilitating training with Nichole was amazing. It took place over 2 weekends, full of both content, hands on teaching, and breathwork ceremonies. I worked w/Nicole for 9 sessions and plan to do more. I have been on a path of self discovery and healing for almost 20 years, w/Nicole I was able to clear some trauma, shift beliefs, and best of all find compassion for the one person I never thought I'd be able to forgive. I've been able to change the relationship with myself, those around me and that person. Still lots of work to go but every session helped. Some examples- I bite my nails now I ask myself do you want pretty nails? Then let them grow... instead of beating and shaming myself for the habit. I use affirmations daily but added new ones saying 'I am worthy' of this or that and saying it is the beginning of believing it.
