This is the second time i've been to The Healing Gardens of Ayurveda…read more My husband won the recent instagram giveaway for an Abhyanga massage ($120) and he gifted it to me. (So sweet of him) As I first walked into the room, the smell was amazing and energy was calming! I loved that. An abhyanga is a full body massage where they use warm scented oil that your skin absorbs. I truly felt like I was able to release all tension and allow myself to receive and enjoy! I was so relaxed that I was able to fall asleep. At the end of my massage I felt rejuvenated! I didn't realize how much I needed this massage until I experienced it once again. The female massage practitioner (i'm unsure how to spell out her name) I wish I did because she IS AMAZING! She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole experience. She had the perfect touch as far as how much pressure to apply. At the end of my massage I was offered some delicious tea! *Herbal Cup - Anti-Stress* I exchanged a few words with Dr.Ram who is such a kind human. I am very grateful for the services his Wellness Center offers. I will definitely be back and will always recommend these services to others.

A few months ago, my friend gifted me a 90 minute Abhyanga Massage ($145 value) and it took me nearly 4 months to finally make my way here. I called to make my reservation with Tina. She was very professional and informative. I provided the gift certificate # and Tina was able to help me apply the gift certificate seamlessly. Since it was my first time experiencing this type of service/massage, Tina also gave me a friendly reminder that this service uses a lot of healing oils for the massage, so it is recommended that I wore clothes that I wouldn't mind oil residue on. Also I was emailed a reservation confirmation with the need to know information for the service. For anyone not familiar with an Abhyanga Massage, this is a full body massage with a generous amount of warm herbal oils that are abundant in antioxidants and adaptogens. This is meant to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. On the day of my service I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my first time customer forms. Tina was there that day and she offered me water or hot tea. She asked if I needed to use the restroom before my service. Just FYI - the restrooms are disconnected from their suite. For my Abhyanga Massage, I was with Tanaz. She welcomed me back to the room and we had a quick chat about what pressure I would like, if there were any areas I would like extra work on, if there were any areas to avoid, disclosure about the use of oils, and all the usual. I really appreciated her guidance through the whole experience, and most importantly the massage was spectacular. We started off face up and we ended face down. I noticed some use of essential oils on the face to start to set the mood. They use SO MUCH oil here, in a good way. It really helps with the massage strokes and even when the warm oil gets poured onto each body part, it felt extremely relaxing. Tanaz is amazing!! What a treat to experience the Abhyanga Massage! I hear they recently added a 4 hands massage, where you have 2 massage therapists working on you simultaneously! I have never done that before and I would highly consider coming back.

I was a bit of a skeptic and did not expect much, but figured I had nothing to lose. It has turned out to be such an amazing journey with Katherine as a healer, and also as a teacher. After attending my first session with Katherine I noticed a positive difference in physical, emotional, and mental aspects of my life. I continued to work with Katherine and my experience has grown and thrived to the point that I took classes with her to enhance my Reiki experience. It has been such a positive in my life, and that is in no small part due to Katherine's abilities. She is a gifted healer and teacher. I'm so grateful for this deeply supportive and empowering introduction to Reiki, and I'm very much looking forward to completing Level 2 Training and Certification--I'll be flying down from Oregon to do it because it's absolutely worth it.

I was in pain, my back hurt, I felt inflamed, bloated, and just uncomfortable. When I came in, I shared that I was feeling terrible--maybe hormones, maybe something else. Jennifer not only helped me figure out that I was eating all the wrong things for my body, but she also discovered scar tissue damage from a previous surgery (hysterectomy). She did some kind of subtle manipulation work--not massage, something much more precise--that released the pain I'd been carrying. As I stood up and moved, she continued adjusting me until I realized... I felt zero pain. All of this happened in less than an hour and a half! I can't believe how lucky I am to have found Jennifer Soon.

Dr. Miller understands both sides of the equation and has dedicated her life and practice to better health standards, practices, and care. This is where Dr. Miller surpasses the majority of those in her field. Her personalized care and concern for each patient are the driving force behind her individualized treatment plan. Her patients are not a number, but they are real human beings with problems, fears, and concerns that she is never too busy to listen to or deal with. In addition to her skills as a medical practitioner, her knowledge of natural herbs and supplements is second to none. What an amazing experience!!!…read more I originally came to Dr. Sonika for my psoriasis. I've had psoriasis flareups over the years and have been able to manage it. But my most recent flareup covered about 70 to 80% of my body it was horrific. I didn't have any major life changes so I didn't know what could've led to such a flare up. The dermatologist suggested a biologic medication, one that has a 1% chance for people over the age of 60 to develop cancer.... I was not about to take that type of chance to reduce the flareup. I've heard good things about Ayurveda, but never really knew much about it. Dr. Sonika spends a lot of time in her consult getting to know you a multi layer approach. She identifies your emotional space, body type, (Ayurveda notation) and overall health through her conversation, and I think there was some sort of quiz I took. I went through her treatment plan, and now six months later, I have absolutely no flareup!!!! I loved the shirodhara treatment and I'm continuing that on a regular basis along with her herbal medication's made specifically for me. I am pleased to say I've had no flareups since. Again (as it was quite painful when I first went to her.) I am ever so grateful to Dr. Sonika for her all natural remedies and care!!!! I would definitely recommend her as your clinician!
