This place is located in a farmers/flea market. It took us a while to locate it once we were inside. We did not mind as that was part of the fun. The lady behind the counter could not have been nicer. There was a small counter area at which we could sit (about 5-6 stools) while we waited for her to bake additional empanadas (beef and chicken). We had two ham and cheese and a breakfast empanada while we waited. They were all very good. These empanadas are baked not fried which made them even better. There is also a mild green sauce that you can request ( I found it a little too spicy for me). Very nice customer service and also a small selection of desserts. We opted to take flan with us.

You can tell this is a personal recipe of hers. These taste like they came from someone's home in Buenos Aires. Which is weird for me to say. Because I've never been to Argentina. But these were so good that I imagined this is what it's like. One tip. She offers sauces to dip. I don't think you need them. These are bursting with flavor without them. They're not too spicy on their own so if you want spice use the sauce. And the beef and chicken ones I got were juicy so watch your shirt. Just see the pictures and get there.

There is no front counter staff and no dining area. It is inside a building with about 20 other ghost kitchens. The first time experience in this Philly location was less than pleasant -- there was 1 kiosk for ordering, and I was told the wait time was 10-20min. I got the text message after 22 min saying the order was ready, however, the order was not brought out to the counter until close to 10 min later after my text. There were other frustrated customers who ordered from other ghost kitchens and were waiting for a while. I ordered Brasil, El Toro, Reggaeton, and Bombay. The empanadas were a bit salty for my taste, but all of these were good. The empanadas have a lot of filling, they are generous and do not skimp. I would go back here, but I do hope it'll be a better experience next time.

If you're looking for standout empanadas, Empanada Noshery delivers. The setup is…read moresimple--takeout-focused, with walk-in, online, and delivery options--but the execution is dialed in. Each empanada is handmade, baked fresh, and clearly labeled both on the menu and directly on the pastry itself, which makes it easy to keep track of what you ordered. The range of flavors covers Caribbean and American influences, with solid options for vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. You can stock up on frozen empanadas to bake at home, which is a great option--and they're very easy to prepare. Just place them on parchment paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Each empanada also comes with a small instruction card, which is a thoughtful touch. The corn empanada I tried was excellent, and the chimichurri salsa (their most popular) is worth getting. Food that you share with others and create different flavors on your own with their amazing sauces. Served takeout. No seating. Before I begin my review and before I even begin this I question yelp. How is it then when I put in the word "empanada" and "North Wales" this restaurant establishment did not come up? What are your algorithms doing that prevent this? Perhaps this is why I never saw it before. Is yelp retarding possible locations through algorithmic distortion? Hmmmmmm? And...did you see my pictures. Let's just say the food tastes absolutely amazing, and it's as flavorful as the saturation of the colors in the photos. How can I say It's a find when it's been there for years? Because not enough people know about it. And if they did, it would be a franchise. But you need to get the recipes. I'm sure you can get all the equipment, but there's a lot of love in these dishes. Time for the review..... I've gone here twice for my office. The first time I got nine the second time I don't know how many I got, but every time these empanadas disappear. They're in the normal pastry shell, or Colombian- in corn called Maza. First, I'll tell you in order what I ordered, a photo is attached: Roasted poblano - delicious with a tasty little hint of poblano pepper Chicken Colombian - the most delicious empanada of them all. A delightful corn pocket with a tasty chicken filling Buffalo chicken - tasty buffalo chicken in a pastry pocket Beef cheesesteak - it's exactly what it says Mixed vegetable Colombian - this is vegetarian and really delicious with the sauces Barbecue pulled pork - extremely tasty, and perfect for the game The coleslaw is exceptional as is the soups. I had the chicken posole, which was absolutely the best I've ever had. The sauces are all great. But always, always, use Valentino, at least a little. So I ordered 23 the second time for the office and they flew off the table. The quote of the day was "I could've eaten the whole box." This family brings a unique pride to North Wales. North Wales has some of the best food of the area. Bagels, baked goods, pizza, and a various list of other places, including ice cream. I suggest for the game ordering 50, mixed, they're all labeled, with coleslaw, flan, soups. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Did diners and drive-ins hear about this? Bobbie, you should make food this good. Hey Mr. wonderful. Here's a franchise that would make everyone happy. -But you can't re-create the recipes without this family. Absolutely stunning- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now here's a really cool part as a footnote. You can take them home and reheat them tomorrow and they will taste just as good. OMG. Or to your friends in New York or Jersey where they will say "...where the ____ did you get these ?" (Slowly, turning them into an Eagles fan.)
