I am mostly vegetarian (allergic to beef and other issues) and onions are a frequent migraine trigger. They are happy to accommodate those limits and when I do decide to treat myself and suffer the consequences it's great chow. For the carnivores: Either the rice & beans base or the papas guisados potatoes. Both the pork and the brisket on top are amazing, I prefer the pork by a nose. Add cabbage, peppers(and if you like onions), feta, more feta and the chipotle salsa. On the veggie side, I get the rice base, only because I keep forgetting to try it with the potatoes, add extra beans and the rest of the list above.
