Since posting the last review, Stacy the GM personally reached out to me, took the situation seriously, reviewed what happened, sincerely apologized, and refunded both my meal and my friend's meal in full. She also let me know they will be re-educating staff on allergy procedures to help prevent this from happening again. I still stand by how upsetting the original experience was, but I do appreciate that she took the time to listen and make things right afterward.
