We arrived on Sunday around 6pm, parking is on the street or side of restaurant. Walking in it was old timey vibes and dim lights, the bar was lit up beautifully! We were sat immediately (sit yourself) and a server came up and handed us menus and said "please place orders at the bar for drinks and food" ORDER was: regular burger add cheese and tots, jalapeño burger with fries, pulled pork sliders With absolute seriousness, the food was AMAZING! It took a little while to make (maybe 30ish minutes) but the wait was worth it, the patty itself was fresh and very tasty (and I'll add the veggies on the burger were very fresh!!) We will absolutely be back!!

A particular standout is the BLT sandwich, which features the most generous portion of bacon that I have ever encountered in a BLT sandwich. They also offer several soups of the day that are surprisingly good. And the salads stand out as well. And a completely non-pertinent fact: the owner is this season's President of the Mid-Texas Symphony!

Brewery #370 Seguin…read moreBrewery is more of a family friendly restaurant that also brews beer than it is a brewery. They do things like pizzas, wings, apps, sandwiches and salads. They don't offer flights which is huge pet peeve of mine for breweries. Let people try your beers. So, I just got 2 pints. I got a Kolsch and an IPA that were both decent. I ordered some honey pecan wings and waffle fries which were solid. The wings had perfectly crisp skin, but the sauce sounded better than the flavor gave. The lady friend had a salad that she said was good. They also offered pours of hard-to-get bourbons but at 65.00 for a pour of George T Stagg, I passed. The place itself was very nice. The service was good. The food was solid, and the beer was decent. Just offer some flights!

Sure glad we accidentally found this place! Wow! I ordered the Good Morning Burger; hash browns, scrambles egg patty, cheddar cheese and bacon maple jam with the ladies each ordered the Bacon Mushroom Swiss. An absolutely fabulous way to wake up and begin the day. The inside of the building looks like an old school house with the quaint old style seating and other furniture. We just loved the atmosphere that Tin Top Burgers had to offer along with their great food and look forward to returning many times in the future.

Lettuce was on the bottom side of my bottom hamburger bun but my burger didn't even come with lettuce so I guess it was from someone else's burger. All in all, minor tweaks would go a long way with quality.

We had a party of 20 plus and they accommodated us with ease. We were sat at two long tables, and we had two waitresses to take care of us, and they did. Super job from the whole staff. Very friendly and polite. I had the chicken fried steak, the portion was large, took up the whole plate. The meat was all the way to the edge, with the breading. Just the way it should be. I had Mac and cheese, and cream corn. Very good tasting. Maria had the chicken strips with gravy and fries. I'm not much a fan of steak fries, but these were done perfectly. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Andrew had the chicken Alfredo, what a meal, especially for an 11year old, but he took care of that plate all by himself. We also had a slice of coconut cream pie, oh boy, it was so good. For some reason, my pictures won't post.

Looking for a lunch spot and this was our 2nd option since our 1st option was already sold out. Service was prompt. There was maybe one person ahead of us. The dining area was spacious and there was plenty of seating inside. They had a patio area, too. There were about 15 other patrons besides us. Schulze seems to be a staple around Seguin and had a sweet history of its origin posted near the restroom. Ok, I know you want to know about the meat. We ordered brisket lean, turkey, and a rib. The seasoning was a bit too peppery for my liking. The brisket was a tad dry but the company I was with liked lean. I would have ordered a mixed one if by myself. The rib was big and meaty and had a nice balance of pepper and sweetness. I like my ribs slightly sweet. The sides we ordered were the chimichurri cucumbers (sounded interesting), potato salad, and beans. When I visit a place for the 1st time, I like to try the staples (beans and potato salad/not quite there yet to eating coleslaw). The sides were ok. I would return. There were some other interesting options like brisket tostada and maybe by then I'd be willing to try their coleslaw.

I went in today with my three-year-old son during lunch hour on a weekday and it just felt like the elder crowd was like "what are they doing here?" As I walked in. Now Maybe I'm a little guarded I mean, I'm a single full-time Dad prior military, so I'm protective and observant. Plus, some guy in a big ol truck of course ( mind you I have a truck) decided that he wanted to almost hit my son and I as we' attempted to walking across the parking lot. I digress, but it was to the extent that I didn't even want to sit inside, so we sat on the patio. Which reminds me 91° outside and the patio well well ventilated, w/ breeze and felt good. All in all just an iffy experience. Food was good not great turkey was dry but the baked potato salad will have me back through the drive-thru through.

Well, timing is everything because we finally got to eat their delicious food today (6/20/26) at the annual Juneteenth event at the Carver Museum/Library. I had the chopped beef sandwich and my boyfriend had the brisket. Y'all, that's some fine barbecue. Sizzlin' good. That was some of the most tender meat we've ever smacked our lips on. I didn't want to believe some of the reviews about this because I believe in having the experiences for myself but my fellow yelpers weren't lying.... Our service was not its best. The guy started by serving us water and literally throwing the straws at our table it was so odd and came off as disrectpful. I would say it's because he was so busy but that wasn't even the case. Granted we were a larger table but like I said we all were working well with him. I think the worst of it was instead of going around the table and handing my mom her salad he reached over my sister and spilled all the ranch all over her hair and blouse. We were all pretty shocked! Mistakes happen that's for sure but it just seemed like his rushed behavior caused the mistake. The ambiance was nice! Very chill I loved the water right outside the restaurant that was nice too. I will give credit where it's due they did comp her meal but just because my mom had to point it out not because it came out of them. It just was a very different experience.
