No communication was had between the owner and the men he sent out!? This crew he sent out had no ladder to get into my attic ( which I suggested they check out) so I pushed my kitchen table under the entrance to my attic so they could get up and through the opening !! As it turns the plumbing vent pipe that this company installed was the reason for the leak between my roof and my interior ceiling. They put caulk round this pipe and told me it was fixed!? THIS is why I do not recommend this company. Check out the complaints on the BBB.org site

I was impressed with the quality of the roof inspection. A drone was used and the tech showed me how my roof was not damaged. He then matched the color of the facia and said he would email me an estimate. A day later I got the estimate for the facia repair. I thought the bid was high, but for value I looked at the stability of the company and agreed to the price. The facia was ordered and a couple of weeks later the workers came to repair my facia. When they finished the foreman immediately said "the color is wrong". Somehow the wrong color was sent for my job. The foreman told me that I was fortunate I had selected Allen Siding. They would make it right. A week later the pulled down the recently installed facia and replaced it with the correct matching color. I was totally impressed and I highly recommend this company for roof and siding repairs.

Within a few days, she was at my friend's home, climbing her roof, and giving her a quote. It's rare to see companies that are willing to give that kind of service anymore. They actually videotape the roof inspection so they can share the smallest of details with your agent so there is no question of what problems need to be addressed. These jobs spanned a course of about 2 years from the time I started talking with them to finishing the job. Jessie also did copper work on a downspout and leaderhead, and added a custom iron cresting. The craftsmanship is excellent. The subs he uses are also high quality (I don't think he really employs laborers himself). The timeline is LONG LONG LONG. It took about 1.5 years to get the flat roof actually done. All the while my house was leaking (he patched it but the patch eventually failed), he had the 50% deposit, and I couldn't seem to get it to move any quicker. I also had to pretty much beg him to get the pitched roof complete when it rained in the room every time it rained outside. The start date was pushed and pushed. One thing to note - they are pretty desperate to get paid. There's no invoice and pay 14 days after, even 5 days after. They want the final check sometimes before the work is even complete. This business is running on literally dime in and dime out. With a surprise on work days ('hey, I'm showing up today!') that can catch people off guard to scramble together $10k or whatever that day. I'm not sure I'd use them again. It was just such a long process. I also like Hulsey Roofing but Hulsey is more expensive.
