I stopped in after being referred to them as experts in the I/M field and it couldn't have been more clear they had zero interest in helping me. After being barked at by the guy in the shop area to go to the other side of the unmarked building I then was treated to the peak of "why are you bothering me" attitude from the desk guy. Desk guy also was thoughtful enough to throw in the experience of being interrupted mid-sentence while trying to discuss the unusual situation with my car. Guys working today at ET, please take my advice and get jobs that don't involve customer care, it's not your strong suit.

Good morning, I am not one to normally write negative reviews but I just wanted to tell of my…read moreexperience just now at V&L. First of all I normally bring my car here as I have seen them be helpful, fair, and thorough. One time they even dropped me off at my house 1/4 mile so I didn't have to walk in the snow. Maybe the main guy in the morning was having a bad day or things have changed but I went there first thing in Monday morning the 27 Nov 23 because for some reason the day before all of my lights came on in their own, the lda, anti collision and engine but my car was running fine. I thought it may just need to be reset but even after googling it couldn't get it to reset. The guy said a diagnostic would take 3 to 5 hrs but was a little hesitant about doing it? Maybe he was extra busy. I was going to leave it but then he said probably the easiest thing to do is to unhook the cable from the battery, let it sit for 5 minutes and that would reset it. Not being good with car talk I asked him if it would be easy or hard to do that. He said probably easy and t then suggested to take it to oreillys to have them help me. In the past I would have thought if it was a simple fix for them he may have offered to disconnect it for me and reconnect it to see if it worked. I would have paid him to do that but it was obvious he didn't want to help me. I will still go there for things as they are very close and accurate but if I find the same feeling I will start going somewhere else. I didn't feel welcome. The weird thing is that when I left to go to O'Reilly I looked down and all of the lights were off. I guess whoever turned them on felt bad and used their energy turn turn them off. As far as the main man there, this time was a customer service fail. Please remember that your customers are loyal to you for a reason, don't let them down. Thank you Mindy Harris

My partner and I took our three dogs to a nearby park and when they were done playing, they were STANKY! Lucky for us, this washing station wasn't far and it was just what we needed. You pay via credit card for a certain amount of minutes-then you can use whatever tool you want for that time. A hose with water, soap, dryer, etc. We were able to get all three of our dogs washed in about 20 minutes. We skipped the dryer since it was a nice day out and they would prefer to air dry than the loud dryer anyway. The only real challenge is that it gets pretty hot in there and when the sliding door is open for ventilation, the tiny dog can get through the slats and escape-which she did. If you're not outnumbered by dogs, you'll likely manage that just fine.

I used Steve Auto for repair of the catalytic converter of my Sienna, I stopped at auto Zone first…read more, they tested the car through the computer, it indicated it needed one part worth $700,00 Dollars. Steve Auto charged me $240.00 Dollars to give me a diagnosis of the problem. The diagnosis indicated the need to replace 4 different parts at a cost of $4200.00 Dollars installed. So i went to Larry Miller who fixed the problem for a total of $1500,00 Dollars just by replacing one part. I informed Steve Auto of their fraudulent diagnosis, he informed me that their very fancy diagnostic tools indicated that the car needed this work or it will soon break down. That was about 3 years ago. To this day my Sienna is driving flawlessly, this indicates the diagnosis of Steve Auto was indeed fraudulent and he kept the $240,00 Dollars as a form of theft. if I would have paid the $4200.00 Dollars it would have been a much larger theft In fact they informed me at Steve Auto that the dealerships in general do not know what they are doing. They have poor mechanics according to Steve Auto. I took him to court on the other end of 23rd East, the Judge over there is business friendly. The worst part is every month he sends me his flyer advertising his trade. Could not give him a lower rating. I would never step foot at Steve Auto Specialist and would never recommend this fraudulent outfit.
