Just want to let everyone know to be careful of this dealer. I used to date a guy there that told me the finance managers secretly add on packages that the finance managers pocket. I didn't care because it didn't affect me but out of urgency I had to purchase a car through them and they did the SAME THING TO ME. Extremely upset, I called asking for a goodwill statement and he refused. Spoke with Dale who said the package is "non refundable" and that they're not willing to do a goodwill statement but instead want me to trade in my car. This dealer along with my ex can go to hell.

WHY do I continue to punish myself dealing with Tim Dahle?? Because you're a glutton for punishment? No because they own the extended warranty company and won't let me take it to a Jeep dealer that knows what they are doing. Well it only took them 14 days to get the approval from their warranty company to fix it. And the now 14 day saga continues. I get to Tim Dahle to pick up my jeep. I go to pay my $110 deductible and they add a 2.6% surcharge for using a credit card and then I have to ask for a receipt that matches my total charge. I'm a small bussiness and don't pass that credit card charge along to my customers. It's just a cost of doing business. Wait It gets better...I go out to my Jeep and start It up and the "auto start/stop" light is still on. Paperwork shows It being addressed and resolved. I bring the service person out and show her. No lie, she says, maybe we will have to take It over to Jeep. What? it was already there two weeks ago and you made me bring it to TD!! My friends PLEASE don't do business with these people!! I'm sure there will be more to come. Hopefully me updating this to a 5 star review but I have my doubts. As I'm posting this we are now on the 20th day and no resolution.

Awful Service, Dishonest Upselling, and Careless Work! Took my Nissan in because my AC/heat was making a high-pitched noise. The service advisor (manager) tried to upsell me a $150 cabin air filter replacement--for a $22 part! I declined and did it myself after a quick YouTube search, cleaned the air box and replaced the filter. Unfortunately, the noise was still there, so I checked under the hood and discovered they had left my battery covers up and shoved the filter back in incorrectly! Completely careless work. To make matters worse, the service advisor had a terrible attitude the moment I declined their overpriced service. Meanwhile, I'm standing there looking at their upsell competition board written on the window--clearly, they're more focused on commissions and prizes than actual customer care. If I didn't have a warranty (that doesn't even cover this type of service), I wouldn't come back here at all. Absolutely terrible experience! Fun fact: Yes, most dealership service advisors and their managers make commission, though the structure can vary by dealership. - Service Advisors: Typically earn a base salary plus commission, which is often based on the total revenue they generate from service repairs, upsells (e.g., additional maintenance or warranty work), and customer satisfaction scores. - Service Managers: Usually have a higher base salary and earn bonuses or commissions based on the overall profitability of the service department, labor sales, and customer retention metrics. Some dealerships use a tiered commission system where advisors earn a higher percentage as they sell more services. Others may pay flat-rate bonuses for specific upsells like extended warranties or premium services.

Promised a windshield replacement after purchase, but it was never done. Make sure repairs are completed before you sign.

Since both the Pleasant Grove and Murray BMW locations work together, I will leave this review under both. John has great personality, is attentive and professional. It is refreshing to see a sales associate who treats the customer like the requests they are making aren't crazy or sensational. John proves that simply being a newer associate doesn't place you behind in terms of the quality of the experience you can provide. Simply put, John is excellent and definitely cut out for the type of job where a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn are a must. Gabe in the finance department is also responsive and knowledgeable, which are two great qualities to have. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a quality sales experience. The entire team is great too!

The one I was most interested in was at the Pleasant Grove location, however, Kobe had me drive the same model and offered to bring the other down. My top two reasons for making the purchasing a new vehicle are: 1) The car is goregous, drives amazing, and has all the features I've wanted for a long time. I was able to add some customized features that make me feel like it is one of a kind. 2) Kobe was accomodating, kind, and was not pushy. He had the model I wanted brought down from Pleaseant Grove and sent a video prior to me coming back. I had 100+ questions about the model I wanted most, and some of the other models that caught my eye. As a relatively indecisive person, Kobe made the purchase simple and memorable. Honorable mention: Working with Caden was helpful and I appreciated his transparency. I had a lot of questions about different aspects of the purchse additions like extending the warranty, and he provided detailed responses. Val was also top notch! She was very kind and without even trying, made me feel at ease with some of the additions I requested. The waiting areas are nice and the drink and snack options are excellent. Had to add this because who doesn't love to stress eat when making a big decision. :) Overall, I had a great experience for my first BMW purchase and would highly recommend a friend or family member. In fact, my dad wants one now that he has seen mine, so we will be back soon.

JC was an absolute pleasure to work with and I have zero complaints about her. She followed up quickly and answered all concerns that she had power over. After reviewing several cars over the course of two days in different dealerships, I decided to purchase from Parkline. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth sadly. Ultimately a nearly 29k purchase was bloated with items making the car 35k. That is without sales tax as I was in another state. I was disappointed in the added costs on the contract after I had already had my credit checked. There were different cars I could have gone after, but ultimately I want to work with a dealership I can trust.

These vehicles have either a salvaged or rebuilt title. All these people who keep complaining that they were "misinformed" is comical. Do your research. Pull a Carfax, ask for pictures if you're having a vehicle shipped. When you are doing your walk around, check to make sure under hood caps are tightened, body panels, skid skirts, etc are all attached, oil/transmission/brake fluids are topped off, belts are in good shape, all lighting works, the horn works, check the HVAC system, power windows/locks/mirrors, transmission shifts smoothly, etc. Salvaged and rebuilt title vehicles often don't get the full inspection that most used cars do, so go in with a little bit of knowledge before you start pointing fingers. The used vehicle I purchased has a rebuilt title. There were things that it needed before I felt safe taking delivery. Have your own mechanic check it out before purchasing it. Be smart about your purchase.
