I couldn't be more grateful to have her in my life and my baby boy Marcello's messes are all but gone when Lulu finishes. Thank you Lulu for making my life easier. You are #1 in my book and anyone looking for a cleaning service needs to call Lulu!!!!

They went to the WRONG ADDRESS first of all, DID NOT CLEAN the bathroom or kitchen- This was a move-out cleaning! That's the ONLY places that needed cleaning besides the floors. When I contacted the owner she took ZERO responsibility and hung up on me instead of making it right. I have TONS of photos to show the lack of effort that was put into this cleaning. I even left a Shark Vacuum and Bona mop for them to use and KEEP. Zero apology and zero refund or opportunity to fix it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Never again.

Annie complained about my floors, because they mopped the floors once, but after they got dry, the water stain all showed up, so they had to do it again. If they could have picked the right way to clean the floors at the first place, they could not have to do it twice. 2. Did not clean the house in the right order. Someone took all the food out of the fridge and put on the counter to clean the fridge while the other person was dusting the ceiling. All the dust dropped on the food. The utensils that were on the drying rack were still there while they were cleaning the counter and sink with bleach. Not sure how much bleach and spray got onto my utensils. The same thing with the towels in the bathrooms. Highly suggested that you watch them at least once, so you know how they clean your house. 3. After three people spent 4.5 hours, the house was still not clean. The thermostats was dirty. The floor under the bed was dusty. One window sill was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Some lamps were dusty. 4. They broke some floors and did not even tell me. After I asked, Annie told me that the floor was broken before. Regardless of whether the floors were broken or not, she should have told me honestly before I pointed it out. Pros: 1. Easy to book. Called on Sunday and got the appointment on Monday morning. 2. Seems to be on time. Was only 10 mins late for the 9am appointment. 3. Did not steal anything from the house, as far as i can see now.

Usually I am left disappointed using cleaning apps, questioning if my money was well spent or if I should have attempted the deep cleaning myself. Her services and rates are very clear up front and her workmanship matches her promise. If you are still looking for a quality cleaning service that is worth the investment, I will only use this company for my home.

I have a second home in the back which was horrible. I mean stains everywhere from the last people that stayed there, on the walls and ceiling. I requested a quote and she emailed me with a couple questions before I was giving a price. I understand people just want a price but without any information on what you want cleaned how can you price it‍. The questions was simple like what do I need cleaned. Is it carpet of hard floors? Any pets? Other questions but I can't remember at the moment. She was very sweet and understood me, she also took everything I said in mind. I told her I would need a full house cleaned but my main focus was the kitchen and I would say she did a fantastic job. She cleaned places that I thought was cleaned and you can tell the difference. I would give it a 5 star review only because I can't rate higher than five stars. And I would definitely book again. She was reasonable with the price and treated my house like it was her own.

There were over 6 emails exchanged to try and provide cost estimate . Each appeared to be based on a time estimate and cost per hour. For example 6.5 hours for $290 or $44.61 per hour. All of the different estimates calculated to in the forties per hour range. The first day scheduled and over a 4 hr wait the cleaner didn't show up at all. Another cleaner was scheduled for the next day. We had to provide a credit card for a deposit. The next day the cleaner spent 1 hour on the small cottage. They charged my credit card $175 for it. The cleaner spent 2.75 hours on the larger cottage. They charged my card $250. When I called to dispute the $425 charged, I couldn't get through to anyone other than the call service. I was given an email address with home spotless but no actual person's name or a person to talk with. i requested a refund based on a charge of $50 per hour. Instead my charge was $113 per hour. The response indicated their price estimate was based on sq ft based on the number of rooms involved. I consider it a very expensive poor value service for the amount of work performed. Stay away.
