When I called Sage Farms, the woman who assisted me was fantastic. We looked at website photos…read moretogether and she helped me pick out a selection based on the photos. Two other clients had ordered flowers for the family earlier in the day and she made sure my selection was different. She also went out of her way to make sure the flowers were delivered that afternoon and they were received within a few hours. So I was delighted with that. However. Our friends sent a photo and the flowers were very, very humble compared to the photo on the website. I was embarrassed with what was delivered and stunned that I paid $117 for what looked like $20 worth of Trader Joes flowers. I called the shop that night and left a voicemail asking if we could have a conversation. Two days later I sent an email and included a photo from the website and the photo my friend sent me. I never heard back. This morning I emailed the shop again, and said that since they offer a 100% guarantee, that I was particularly upset that I was never called back. I have only once before given a bad yelp review. It pains me to do it, but after reaching out to the shop three times to ask to have a conversation, and with no response, I decided to share this. I would upload the photo of the arrangement on the website and the photo my friend sent me but I don't see the function to do that.

What an amazing tour and experience!!…read more We were picked up, did a quick safety presentation and ventured onto Lake Chelan for a relaxing, tranquil cruise while enjoying the view of nature & Chelan homes & estates. Afterwards, a customized wine tasting at Alta Cellars & Radiance Winery. Where we were greeted with a customized welcome. I don't want to ruin the surprise, but sooooo personalized! Our tour guides were very experienced, informational and above all, friendly & fun! Worth every penny & definitely worth doing more than once!

I happened upon the Lake Chelan Motel and stopped in at the office to inquire about a room. Luckily, there was one available and the incredibly sweet woman behind the desk made check in a breeze after my 12+ hours of driving; I just wanted to get some sleep. The room was clean, comfortable and had a very "homey" feel. Between the wonderful interaction with the proprietor and the room itself, I would highly recommend this cozy gem for your next stay if you are ever in the area.

The unit…read moreitself is a tad outdated, but it does offer beautiful, breathtaking views, which we really enjoyed. The beds were just okay obviously not as comfortable as our bed at home. The TV and sound system could definitely use an update, and I don't believe it was a smart TV. The front desk staff were not very friendly. They kept calling us on the day of arrival and again on the day we were leaving, which felt a bit excessive. I did appreciate the complimentary toothbrush and razor, though that was a nice touch. The kitchen amenities and sink area were also very nice and convenient. The biggest drawback was the smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. It really disrupted our sleep. I understand maintenance may have needed to come in, but I wasn't comfortable with someone entering while we were out or disturbing our privacy while we were inside I'm a bit particular about that when my belongings are in the room. Overall, the views were the highlight, but due to the outdated features, staff experience, and the alarm issue, our stay fell short of expectations.

However its not, after you book you get a confirmation email and you get the house code a week before your stay. Now for my stay details: Location? Right next to Campbell's in heart of Chelan. Price? We paid around $600 for sat check in and monday 11am checkout--so 2 nights and 3 days. There were 6 of us plus baby =7. 2 great room sizes and sofa bed in living room. The living room bed is uncomfortable, ok for 1-2 nights though. POSITIVES: Close to EVERYTHING, very big condo, has a warm water pool, amazing price, cable, big comfy beds, full kitchen and appliances, has washer and dryer. Fast responce if you have a problem( 30min) NEGATIVES: wifi didn't work( manager is i stalling new routers to make sure everyone has reliable speed). Our unit--#1 had a faulty lock which took 5 mim to open all the time( the maintenance guy-Mike, said they are replacing. Only one parking space per room-- bad if you have 2 cars that ate coming, but there is street parking and across the street park parking. Check in is at 4pm-- not the usual 11am WOULD I RECOMMEND? YES!!! And i will come here again!
