Great option if you're meeting friends for dinner with and are having a hard time deciding on what to eat. Service at the bar is good but sort of non existent for the rest of the hall. A bit disappointing as we had to clean our own table before we could sit down. Regardless it's a great edition to Sanford's already solid food scene.

(You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

If birthday rewards are being discontinued, any rewards that have already been sent out should still be honored through their expiration date. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a pretty crappy way to treat someone on their birthday.
