They were reliable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They work closely with other contractors, which saved us a significant sum of money and length of time on the project. In our case, they coordinated with the fantastic Fournier Irrigation to have all the necessary electrical conduit installed at the same time the irrigation system went in. Mike came out to check it out and give us a quote. He was super professional and gave us a quote on the spot. I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete. They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! I regret it. Our deck looks terrible. We asked him to sand it down and paint it. He sanded it on a drizzly day- which was a red flag #1. He then used a sprayer on a day that was super windy- causing overspray to go on my plants and surrounding mulch. He got paint on our outdoor solar lights and didn't use any type of paint thinner to get it off- simply said- yeah the sun baked that in. He added $100 to the cost of the job saying he needed extra paint for another coat yet there are spots where he only did one coat and we still have 3/4 of a gallon of paint left!!!! He replaced two spindles with ones that were 4 inches two short- so while they worked to fill in the gap between the base and railing they were not even with the rest of them. When I called him on it he said that was the only size they had!?!? Why he didn't order the right size and advise us that there might be a delay is beyond me. He also managed to get paint on our light fixtures. On the final day of his work he said he was done and one side of the spindles on a 1/3 of the porch hadn't even been painted. We had to call him back 2x more and finally got so frustrated we just told him he could leave and it was fine. Worst part is the paint is already bubbling and it's been only been 3 days since he finished. Never offered any discount.
