The work is excellent and very tide and the team (Paul, Tony, Jack) were very neat, clean and quiet (helps when working at home). They are very helpful - previously coming back late one evening to ensure that we had water for the weekend. The communications with Tony, Jack and Paul has really been superb. Paul very clearly explained what was required (step by step), the work that undertaken after the job was completed, all of the different changes that were made and why, and a thorough rundown of the new controls. Paul also clearly guided us through the SEAI grant system, sent us the correct form links and included the BER assessment in the work, which is really appreciated when you don't have your own contacts. This is such an improvement on other tradespeople who do their bit and leave you to sort everything else out without any guidance. The guy only confirmed that, left after two minutes, and charged us 112euro. We then got a quote for a fix of over 550 euros that included a new valve, expansion vessel, and sensor which turned out to be completely unnecessary. We got another quote and the only parts that were changed were a pressure sensor and a valve, which with the labour totalled less than 200 euros.
