I have been a customer of Des Daly Heating and Plumbling for the last 10 years. Every September I get my boilers serviced, boilers which Karl Daly installed a few years ago. I always received an efficient service and knew my heating system was in 'good hands'. I live in an old house on my own and the heating system is complicated. I texted him 2 weeks ago to arrange a time to get the boilers serviced and when I didn't receive a reply after a few days I rang and left a message. Again, no reply and this was worrying as he always got back to me. I thought maybe something had happened to him or his family with the coronavirus and I rang the home number on their website on Monday evening. His dad, Des answered and it turned out that everything was ok and they were busy working, he told me that Karl would service my boilers. Karl has not contacted me and obviously is not going to service my boilers.
After 10 years of being a good customer and even more importantly while a pandemic is raging in our country Karl Daly has cut me off without any thought, respect or loyalty. What goes around comes around!
