Not only did they answer the phone, but a plumber had my boiler fixed within 2 hours of making the phone call. I paid a premium because of the day that was in it (€120), but that is to be expected with a last minute call out on a public holiday. I just wanted to let anyone out there with an urgent plumbing issue know to skip all the other ads in Google and jump straight to this company - because they are what they advertise - 365 24/7.

The work is excellent and very tide and the team (Paul, Tony, Jack) were very neat, clean and quiet (helps when working at home). They are very helpful - previously coming back late one evening to ensure that we had water for the weekend. The communications with Tony, Jack and Paul has really been superb. Paul very clearly explained what was required (step by step), the work that undertaken after the job was completed, all of the different changes that were made and why, and a thorough rundown of the new controls. Paul also clearly guided us through the SEAI grant system, sent us the correct form links and included the BER assessment in the work, which is really appreciated when you don't have your own contacts. A guy came in and looked for a few seconds at the boiler, did not touch it, did not check anything…read more My husband said he thinks it could be sensor pressure not working properly in the boiler. The guy only confirmed that, left after two minutes, and charged us 112euro. We then got a quote for a fix of over 550 euros that included a new valve, expansion vessel, and sensor which turned out to be completely unnecessary. We got another quote and the only parts that were changed were a pressure sensor and a valve, which with the labour totalled less than 200 euros.

They'll take your money, do a terrible job and then not respond to any calls, texts, voicemails etc. The only response I eventually got was to the bad google review I left. They hopped on that quick enough to call me a liar. I'm fairly sure the positive google reviews are fake since all the ones on yelp and Facebook are negative. Don't get scammed like I did.
