They'll take your money, do a terrible job and then not respond to any calls, texts, voicemails etc. The only response I eventually got was to the bad google review I left. They hopped on that quick enough to call me a liar. I'm fairly sure the positive google reviews are fake since all the ones on yelp and Facebook are negative. Don't get scammed like I did.

When I called and asked for it to be fixed I was told it would be 3 days until they could come back - I was told I was being "difficult" and then hung up on. I then said I'd get a different plumber, and that I'd prefer if JD or any employees of John Davitt were not involved. JD himself texted me back and thanked me for using"Rhino Plumbers" - a different plumbing service run by different people in the area. Awful, unprofessional and clueless about how to do business or treat customers. I'm really disappointed with these guys and their behaviour and I hope others don't have the same experience

Nor did they call back. Hoping for third time lucky, I called this company: http://www.emergencyplumbersdublin.ie/. Not only did they answer the phone, but a plumber had my boiler fixed within 2 hours of making the phone call. I paid a premium because of the day that was in it (€120), but that is to be expected with a last minute call out on a public holiday. I just wanted to let anyone out there with an urgent plumbing issue know to skip all the other ads in Google and jump straight to this company - because they are what they advertise - 365 24/7.
