The filter only needed to be changedone as was already confirmed this was the issUK. When I refused to pay and asked for old shower back he refused and went into the property unauthorised and took the new shower out, new leaving me with nothing. He later a scam artist and now seeking further payment for call out charges which he states are free. Beware !!!
