1st and last time here. We wanted to sit at bar and have a few drinks and food, bar tender said get a table. Never said hello, asked a 40yr old woman in our party for her ID. Excellent food, very diverse menu, nice atmosphere, indoor and outdoor dining, good service, daily specials. We both had reubens and onion rings on marble rye. Comes also with a small cup of thousand island dressing. The reubens were perfectly cooked with generous helpings of corned beast, sauerkraut, and swiss. The "breath" was really good, crispy and there were a lot. For this region of NYS, very close to a 5-star rating. Not sure when they will close for the season, but worth a visit if in the area. read more

Not sure if we just caught the place on an off day but our experience was overwhelmingly lack-luster. We had a larger party but the place was dead when we arrived. Wait staff wasn't very familiar with the menu and the food took over an hour to come out. The portions were huge but lacked quality and flavor. Somehow the wings were dry even though they were covered in sauce; the burgers and steak were way over-cooked; and the cucumber in the salad was dried out as if previously sliced and sat out. The only decent meal that came out was the pizza. For a local business on a main road into town they're doing Ticonderoga a great disservice. read more

Always friendly staff, and some pretty amazing food for what's in the area! From pizza, to burgers, and apps are amazing! I have yet to try the enteees and light fair but that's in the works :). I know a lot of places have pizza, but as places have been changing around. This place just has the best of all worlds for everyone in the family. I didn't notice a kids menu online but my kiddo and my girlfriends particular kiddo found food here. Big win! read more

This is the second location for Emeralds. The first one was destroyed in a fire in May of this year. This review is based solely on their pizza. I ordered a garlic white and a plain cheese pizza. The garlic white was not good. It was oily sin and flavorless. Which is surprising because I love white pizza. The plane was pretty good. But not great. The pizza choices in Ticonderoga are limited now that Ti Pi has gone out of business. It's a little pricey too but I am planning on going back and trying the stuffed eggplant. read more

After a long day of walking Fort Ticonderoga. We checked into our Airbnb. This place was recommended by the homeowner. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, as if we were longtime customers. The hostess was very pleasant. The waitress was just as pleasant as well. Luckily, we got in before the rush. Although, it was busy, service was top notch. The food is just as good as the service! I would definitely, recommend to anyone staying in Ticonderoga! read more

The food and service was awful. I left without finishing the meal it was that bad. French onion was also horrid. How can you burn French Onion soup? The main course was undercooked and cold. Sat on the porch for lunch with large family. All our meals were great and big portions. Drinks so good.

We came here for lunch and there was only one other customer, but they were at the bar. We ordered a flatbread pizza, 2 quesadillas, and a salad. The flatbread pizza was soggy and unappetizing. There was plain steamed broccoli on top of what tasted like jarred alfredo sauce. Then I bit into my very dry quesadilla and found a big bone in the chicken! Unacceptable, especially since it was supposed to be for my 2 year old. In the other quesadilla, the chicken was hard and old tasting. There was no flavor... maybe some onions would have saved that aspect. On to the salad, it was mediocre at BEST. And to top it off, we had very slow service. We were the only ones who ordered food in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes for our food to come out. We won't be returning. read more

This review is based off of the pizza alone. We got the garlic white pizza and a plain cheese. They were flat, oily as can be, lacking in any flavor, and overall just awful. We also had a "veggie supremo" from Amatos... thank goodness because that saves dinner for me. AVOID THEIR PIZZA! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they have many other things, not just pizza. Lastly, my girlfriend got a salad and she enjoyed it. That's their only saving grace. We discovered this restaurant on our last full day of our vacation and boy were we happy with our find!! There were eight of us ordering 6 different meals and everyone of us were happy with what we ordered. Our meals included Marsala, salmon, lamb chops, fish, scampi and the "Tour of Italy". Every dish was delicious!! We knew we were in for a good meal when the waitress (Sam was awesome!!!) brought our salads and soups. They were so fresh and delicious and so were our meals!! Such a cute little place to just relax and enjoy good food and family . Highly recommend there fish and shrimp and chips amazing.

Fabulous meal of seafood scampi and New York sirloin steak. Dinner started with delicious hot rolls and a good salad. Dessert of lemon raspberry cake finished off a great meal. Our waitress Sue did an outstanding job. Emeralds II is lucky to have her. We will be back. read more

I never review restaurants but I thought this restaurant should show off its food so I took some photos. We almost didn't come here for lack of photos but the reviews of the food being consistently good (see TripAdvisor reviews) swayed our decision. The food was very good. Great portions and well prepared. Our waitress was wonderful and our food came out at just the right pace (faster than I expected based on other reviews, but not too fast to where you know it was being prepared from scratch by a chef). We stayed in Hague so it was an easy choice to travel north instead of south where the prices were 1/2 again as much for less food of comparable quality. We will be back here next time we're up to Lake George. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is I would have liked more options for sides, but again, I cleaned my plate so no real complaints! read more

I had the strip steak. The menu describes it as a generous portion. The steak was huge! It was one of the best steaks I ever had. The price was very reasonable, also. I had the clam chowder and it was delicious. They also have several vegetarian options. My husband is vegetarian and had the Fettuccine Portebella. They were able to accommodate his requests to make the dish the way he likes it. He enjoyed this dish as well. His salad was very good. read more
