I went to this store today with a return . It was in the original box that had shipped through…read moreUPS. There was a pre-printed label on the box and was ready to ship. The only thing it needed was 6 inches of box tape to close the lid. I was informed that I would be charged next time to tape the box. I asked if this was UPS policy or specific to this store. The employee said it was this stores policy to charge for tape. Never has this been an issue. After 1 minute of research and I find out that a UPS store gets 1-2 dollars for packages that have been just dropped off. So these people make money off your box and still charge for tape. 0 is their true score.

HVAC & ARGs sent a repair person out, Nick, in the afternoon of the day we called. As it turned out, both of these broken appliances had easy fixes: the oven problem disappeared after a reboot, and the dishwasher problem involved a small plastic part which was not "clicked" into place. Nick was very helpful in explaining these easy fixes, and also took the time to talk about the typical longevity of our appliances, and what the costs of fixing them would be if they actually needed new parts and these parts could still be found. The cost for this house call, evaluation, and consultation was under $100, which seemed very reasonable. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

I've provided screenshot of their interaction with me that showed they blamed it on the person being "new" and "had only just started working with our company". Again, beware. Not reliable. Ice maker stopped working. Guy came out, stayed maybe 1-2 minutes, took a photo of the model (which was already given to them in advance), and left. Texted me a few times over the next few days to see if a water bottle would freeze in the fridge, then I had to follow up a few days later to determine next steps. Guy said he'd be here at noon today to assess issue. It's now well after 3pm and no sign of him. No one has time to sit around on the weekend waiting for someone to come out like they said they would. I texted him I was going to get quotes from other companies, as I felt the company/service was a scam. Beware.
