If you are looking for an honest, experienced, top-quality roofer who delivers craftsmanship at a fair price, give Omar a call! Our home is on a forested slope and has a unique footprint and roofline, with some sections of roof quite visible from the entry. It also has an open-beam ceiling/roof deck, requiring knowledge and skill to prevent accidental nail penetrations that would be visible inside the house -- not a single one! Because we have so many nearby tall trees, our roof and gutters require regular maintenance. Omar was recommended to us by our realtor when we bought our house nine years ago, and we've been relying on him ever since. We've also recommended Performance Roof Care to neighbors and they've been delighted with Omar's work as well. Five Stars and our highest recommendation! We hired this company in September 2025 for a full home remodel and paid about $60k in deposits and progress payments. Throughout the project, we were repeatedly told the home would be move-in ready by mid-November and that a guest bathroom was "usable." When we arrived onsite on Nov 27, we found unsafe and unusable conditions that were later confirmed by two independent licensed GCs, including damage to drywall and paint, tile that had to be removed to access underlying damage, exposed electrical work, plumbing done without permits, and partially constructed areas left unsafe. We later learned the GC was not licensed in Washington State, permits were never pulled, and subcontractors had not been paid despite our payments. Subcontractors contacted us directly about payment and lien concerns. Our insurance claim for resulting property damage was denied due to workmanship exclusions. As of January 2026, the home is still uninhabitable and must be redone by licensed professionals. We're posting this to help others avoid a similar situation.

I was impressed with the father/son team and asked them to do a maintenance project on our home. The estimate was very high, but thinking I would get what I paid for, I hired them to do the work. We had reviewed all the areas where the gutter facia board was to be replaced and as construction progressed, I reminded Noe of an area that still needed to be completed. On the final day I was ill and not up to a detailed check of the work. The next day I found that they had not completed a specific facia section, even though we had discussed it in particular the day before. I contacted Noe several times by phone and text, and he assured me that they would get it done. After months of promises, Noe claimed they were fined by the state for some violation and could not work. After that Noe refused to respond to any type of correspondence. Noe flat out overcharged me and then refused to finish the work. I would recommend staying far away from Alpha Roofers LLC
