When I lived in Salem, I was solely responsible to care for my house, with annual cleaning and refinishing the deck, installation of brand new basement windows, roof repairs involving chimney flashing, and RHMS painters did the entire house-painting two times during the years I owned the property--no easy matter, because I kept to the venerable house's 1930's themed decor throughout, which required detailed trim to front and rear porch and deck pillars.
