This was a dangerous situation, and I needed to replace all the old wiring in the basement and on the first floor. I tried two other electricians who did not want to take on the job as it involved a lot of uncertainty about the scope of the work due to patch jobs done by previous electricians over several decades. I was recommended to Midnight Electric, and hired them for the job after Marlon showed that he was very knowledgeable about his profession. He explained his process, surveyed the work site, and provided an initial quote. Marlon not only did an excellent job, he also ensured that he explained what he was doing and provided alternative solutions (and asked which options we preferred) to prevent unnecessary inconveniences to the residents of the house. He also ensured that furniture and other items were covered during any drilling, and did a good job of cleaning up debris and dust after each day's work. He is truly a master electrician who provides professional services and takes pride in his work. In addition, his pricing is fair and you definitely get your money's worth. I would highly recommend Midnight Electric if you want the job done properly and safely. It is hard to find decent, honest, and competent people in today's economy. I also have another major electrical project and I will be definitely using Midnight Electric.

It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! Dining room lights are still flickering, but we are working on the resolution. Pricing is reasonable too! Thank you! :) Would definitely recommend him and his team's services!!! He can also do electrical projects -- i.e. VAN LIFE & TINY HOMES! lol He hasn't worked on a project like that yet, (b/c I asked!!! as I'm looking into it), but he is eager to hop on a such a project! So check them out!!! :)
