In the photos on my phone I had the logo from one of my favorite metal bands, Trivium. The guy behind the counter quickly Googled Imaged it and brought the image up on his screen. He then walked to the screening machine with the t-shirt I had chosen. Less than 10 minutes later he returned with my brand new, freshly minted Trivium t-shirt. embroidery job on three $75 sweatshirts : both visible to…read moreeye (most important) and measured crooked - besides being in the wrong placement. loud mouthed, defensive owner argued tooth & nail over the inarguably bad job. blames it on his equipment and said he shouldn't ever take embroidery jobs - ok, why did he take and ruin mine?? that's what the shop DOES. charged same $24 digital fee on each of the matching sweatshirts (takes only one set-up digitally) and a separate $25 embroidery fee...and balked at reimbursing for just the embroidery on one sweatshirt ($25)! Hollered at me, "What! You want it for free?!" In addition, called to tell me afternoon before that they were ready to be picked up, "open til 5". Got there at 4;40. CLOSED. Horrible service, worse product.

Came here to have some T-Shirts made for some employees who created a hiking club at work. We decided to surprise the employees and provide them with T-Shirts for their next hike so I had to get these made within a week. T-Shirt Mart made it happen. As soon as I walked in an employee said we'll be with you in one moment. I waited for five minutes and then sat down with one of their designers desk. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party. I highly recommend T-shirt Mart if you need to have any customized personalized clothing or merchandise in the San Diego area.

I walked in to get a couple shirts embroidered but had no idea about font, color, etc. they helped me troubleshoot what I needed and printed out templates so i could actually see what the words would like like before they stitched them on. Oh how I was wrong. needed 3 shirts to be embroidered after some chatting with staff about cost, turnaround time, etc. I was quoted at $50 + $20 per shirt, and a 2 day turnaround time. Ok, cool. Drop my stuff off, a week goes by with no contact, when finally I receive an invoice via email basically saying "once you pay us we will start work". Seeing as how I expected my shirts to be done 5 days prior, this wasn't great news. I send an email about the delay and got a quick reply from the owner. I'll spare anyone reading this the details, but it quickly devolved to the point where I was being gaslit about the size of my order (the owner says I brought 2 shirts, when in reality I brought 3. When I confronted the owner on this they doubled down, saying I'm wrong and they are right) and being accused of having "bad energy" and "I hope you have a better day, you need it" followed by heart emojis and other such nonsense. The next day, after having obviously not done business with KNB, I go to pick up my order and the guy behind the counter had 3 shirts waiting for me to pick up and take to a business run by adults. I could have accepted the delay without much complaint if I had been communicated with by a professional, but instead I felt like I was arguing with a high schooler about the simple facts of my order. For anyone who's made it this far: maybe this person was just having a bad day and isn't normally like this, but there are a ton of screen printers in San Diego, why risk it? P.S. I didn't even go into when the owner passive aggressively insulted the size of my order, saying that "maybe you'll be happier taking your 2 shirts to t-shirt mart"
