Quite frankly, based on past experiences with contractors, I didn't want to deal with sales people. People whose only job is to sell and aren't responsible for performing the actual work themselves. Salespeople are more interested in up charging and selling things you don't need in order to over-inflate the invoice and possibly earn a bigger commission. I prefer working with smaller, local companies that are honest and have a great reputation. That is what prompted me to reach out to this company. My experience working with Ryan Lesak at Forever Dry was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about his company. He was on-time for his appointment, super friendly, genuine and extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention, before the visit he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the issue, thinking it may be a foundation issue, and providing sound advice regarding condo bylaws, real estate, etc. His father happens to be a real estate attorney. After spending time investigating the issue, which included cutting some dry wall and visiting my next door neighbors unit, Ryan discovered the seepage I was experiencing was a result of my next door neighbor, (connecting townhome unit), who had some long-standing issues that they didn't fix in a timely manner. Their hot water heater was leaking and the condenser on their AC unit was clogged. The constant flow of water on in their utility room floor was seeping into my basement. Unfortunately, I incurred damage to my unit as a result. Ryan recommended resources I can call (handyman & carpet repair) once my neighbor resolves their issues. Despite my constant insisting, Ryan refused to charge me for the visit. This is unheard of. Who does that these days? No one! My experience was extremely positive with this company. I will definitely refer this business to anyone needing waterproofing repair. I am grateful I found this company.

After replacing the sump pump, and clearing the drain pipe inside the window well, we continued to get some flooding every time it rained I began to dread the sound of rain. I contacted a company that does foundation repairs, and found them to be too expensive. In desperation, I decided to look at some reviews on Yelp, and boy I'm glad I did! The reviews for Dry Basement Solutions immediately got my attention! Reviewers mentioned how competent the company is, and remarked on how fairly and honestly they were treated. Well, I contacted Tim, and he came out right away and explained how he was going to repair my foundation damage, with a warranty included, and offered a fair price. I knew then that I had found a reliable, competent, and fair company to do business with! I trusted him immediately, and he did not fail me. They were punctual, and not only repaired the foundation, but they also, for a very fair price cleared my window well drain and lined my window well with River Rock to ensure better drainage! Every time it rains, I run down to the basement to look and there is no water on the floor! Hallelujah! I really can't say enough good things about Tim and his company Dry Basement Solutions. Give them a try, and you will not regret it. You can thank me later.

But then they said that they never said that our basement would stop flooding after they did work to it. They were extremely aggressive and mean. Not just rude, but actually verbally, aggressive, and on the attack. I am a woman and was at home alone when their service man came out and he was yelling at me and frankly, I was pretty scared and uncomfortable having a grown man that is a stranger yell at me in my house. It was the worst experience I have had in a long time and they have already cost me all of my property tax money that I had to spend fixing the basement . Now I have to sell my house or I'll lose it. I lost so many thousands of dollars because my basement flooded after they told me that it wouldn't anymore. My roommate had had to move out and actually became homeless for a little while and had to live in a homeless shelter because her bedroom was in the basement. Luckily, she finally found a place to live. No help to Everseal. This was the first house I had lived in For more than a couple of years . I've lived here for over 11 years and now I have to move because everseal ripped me off and lied to me. Don't ever use this company. They will lie to you and not tell you everything. they will promise you would dry basement and then tell you that they never promised that and it wasn't their responsibility to make your basement dry. He told me I have water coming in from the sewer and seepage and that he's not gonna help me with either one of them and he's not gonna help me at all. I've never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. I can't believe he started yelling at me. I am a victim of violent crimes so that really scared me extra. Save yourself from the Horrible experience I had with them and go to somebody else. They are nothing but con artists and scammers. They will take many thousands of dollars from you and your basement will still flood.
