She holds such a calm and loving space and is accepting and kind. The manual Syl created, as well as the online videos that she has made over the years, contain such a vast amount of information and wisdom. I like that the training is sort of hybrid, and that it has the flexibility to go in whatever direction that suits your learning style and tailors to your interests. I would highly recommend the Bodhi Yoga Teacher Training to anyone who is interested in teaching yoga, or wanting to learn more and dive deep into what yoga truly is!

It was self check in and the instructor was talking to someone else when I got settled. But nothing after class either. So great place to slip in and out of. I did like they had deodorant and dry shampoo. They also have showers but bring a towel or I did see some up front you can probably rent. The other thing is the cold towels smelled like chlorine, would be nice if they used some essential oils. I'd return though.

Monica keeps every class interesting, fresh, and genuinely engaging -- you never feel like you're just going through the motions. What sets her apart is her extraordinary ability to meet every single person exactly where they are. Our classes are small enough that no one ever slips through the cracks -- and Monica makes full use of that. The range in her room is remarkable. I'm 51, physically strong and flexible -- but because of a brain injury, what I hear and what my body actually does with an instruction doesn,t always match. Monica navigates that with zero fuss and total grace, right alongside students with entirely different challenges and needs. Everyone gets better. Every single class. I'll be honest -- I came in intimidated. I genuinely worried I'd be overwhelmed, overstimulated, or unable to make it through without it becoming too much. It cost $1-2 to rent a mat if you don't have your own. The studio is large enough to accommodate 4-5 rows of yogis. It was a lower capacity due to the current times. Highly recommend if you live close :)

First timers over here! Took the family to do something fun and something new - and this place did…read morenot disappoint! The ambience was a bit crazy due to a rock climbing completion going on but we were still able to get our climb on without it being super duper crowded. The people here (climbers and their families) are super friendly and gave us tips on how to get started, even helped us do a climb! The kids were ecstatic and got their wiggles out, and got to be active for an afternoon...I'm afraid we might be converted!

Local gyms are my favorite. Less crowds and it's not as intimidating. They have an interesting…read morerating system, it's based on consensus, sometimes climbs are harder or easier than it should be. But the gym has good routes, bouldering, top-rope, and lead. The only problem I run into, are the Summer camps and classes, they're at least twice a day so you have to plan around it.

Thus regular heated classes have become dangerous for me and my baby, not to mention my husband and I are now incredibly tight facing a variety of medical bills. The studio managers have informed me that I am not able to cancel my membership without a cancellation fee and have been surprisingly & incredibly rude to me regarding this situation-- going so far as to unnecessarily threaten collections. I wasn't aware I signed up for a year contract as I never even signed anything-- this makes me nervous of how the business is run here and how many others are locked into a contract unknowingly? Overall, very disappointed with how unprofessional and insensitive I've been treated. I will not be returning once my health does.

Amanda was very friendly, greeting everyone as they arrived. Anyone who didn't register online, was asked to fill out the waiver on the iPad. Since I registered earlier I only needed to check myself in. They have a couple areas with black storage containers to place your belonging. They lock the doors while yoga is in session so no one can come in, but you can leave if needed. It was nice that she told us to pick up a couple blocks and strap as you walked into the class. It was a 60 minute FREE mindpose SLOW class in a heated room. It filled up quickly and started promptly at 9 am. The music was a little loud at first, but someone asked her to turn it down so we could hear her since the room was full. Loved the class; however, there was one set that by the third pass at the moves it was way to fast for me to follow since it's been years doing yoga. I wasn't able to follow, except the first two and end poses. Other than that, I was able to hold the majority of the poses and I loved the leg stretches towards the end. I'm hoping to go to this one a week to help with my running and mountain biking. The class ended with a nice cool towel with a slight lemon scent that was placed on your forehead or your shoulder.

I had such a wonderful experience in this unique studio and I learned several new poses and flows in Dharma yoga I had never experienced. In addition their loving kindness, positive energy and commitment to inspiring us all to open our hearts and practice each asana as an offering to whoever your higher power is or to the universe. This beautiful couple offer everyone who steps into their studio a feeling of welcomness and and inclusion. I have only been there 3 times and will be headed back to California, however, when I get the chance to come back I have made some connections that I will keep close to my heart and will take a piece of them with me to "pepper" my classes that I teach. By the way pepper is one of the cute phrases that was used during instruction that made class even more fun and a little sassy.
