I also love how many different types of classes they offer, including burlesque, pole dance, and aerial silks, so there's always something new to try. Taking the class with Grace was like doing yoga with a friend who is really knowledgeable about what she's doing. I'm not big on crowds so this was perfect for me. She made me feel so welcome, so comfortable. I will be going back. I hope this turns into my go to place for yoga and I hope to build a long lasting relationship. Pole dancing is painful so keep that in mind but once you land the trick it's worth it. I have sweaty hands so the class was a little more difficult for me but Amy had liquid chalk amongst other things. Definitely recommend doing your research on pole dancing before your 1st class for great experience.
