Truly one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had!…read more I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and I can honestly say Ebby is one of the very best teachers I've come across. The sequencing is creative and thoughtful, the pacing is just right, and the energy and attitude they bring to every class are wonderful. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and inspired. A big thank you to Scott for bringing such an exceptional teacher to our community. We're so lucky to have Ebby here. Highly recommend!

This is for Scott so you can publicly see this and how you respond to customers…read more I understand that your policy is that you do not provide refunds, and I respect that policies are in place for a reason. That said, I do want to express that I found the way my concern was addressed to be somewhat unprofessional and dismissive. I reached out respectfully to request a refund for the unused portion of the session based on my experience, and I don't feel that questioning whether the class was "so bad" or suggesting that it would be a "true shame" for me to make a judgment based on one class was an appropriate response to a customer's feedback. My decision not to attend the remaining classes isn't something I made lightly. The first class started late because the previous class ran over, and I found the limited space and crowded environment uncomfortable. Those are valid reasons for me to decide that the experience wasn't what I was looking for. I understand that you have different teachers and class styles, but I also don't feel obligated to attend three additional classes after an initial experience that didn't meet my expectations simply because they were included at no additional cost. I appreciate the offer to try the other classes, but I am declining and would still appreciate you reconsidering a refund or partial refund for the unused classes as a gesture of good customer service.

Had an intro class on Thursday. It was great! I had never tried Pilates before so I was excited to…read moresee what all the talk was about. Now I see why it's so popular! The instructor, Amber, was awesome! She was patient, pushed you just enough to keep you going, and made me feel comfortable. All the ladies working there were also great, inc. the two ladies that helped me sign up! Now I look forward to going to my class. I only wish I would've joined sooner!

**THE NEW ADDRESS TO THIS STUDIO IS 15360 FAIRFIELD RANCH ROAD STE C CHINO HILLS, 91709**…read more I've always been an avid fan of anything and everything fitness related. I've traveled down many routes all leading to fitness, and whichever allows me to guiltlessly enjoy my cheat meals. Chino Hills Pilates, formerly My Pilates Studio, recently opened it's snazzy doors to the public. Housed in a new location, the facility is gorgeous: two levels, spacious for floor exercises and a section for reformer work. There's even a comfortable sitting area for those waiting for the next session. I have been a member for over a year, and I cannot stress enough how rigorous these workouts can get. I crossfit which involves a lot of explosive type movements and exercises. Well the focus of Pilates is the opposite, full body control and core are its underlying principles. You find yourself shaking to maintain a complex holding movement. Your fatigued muscles will burn at every rep. You'll probably quietly curse at the instructor for making you work so damn hard, but in the end, and I promise you this, your core and your extremities will feel ridiculously tight and toned. No bulk, just year-round bikini body. As if the intense workout isn't reason enough, yoga is also offered here as part of the membership. I do know that they offer free intro sessions as well. So why take advantage of something new to wake up that body? Don't be fooled by the seemingly slow pace and don't be intimidated either. The atmosphere is positive and friendly all the time. All the workouts can also be modified so there is no one who can't enjoy pilates. Oh yeah back to that location thing.., They are also located right across the alley from Crossfit Chino Hills where muscular men walk around shirtless and sweaty all the time. Just a bonus, I know. Just do it. You'll fall in love with it and look forward to the burnnnn!
