They called back within a very short period of time and let me know they could make an exception and the $100 towards my consultation would still be good for 3 months if I wanted to do something less invasive. The last time I went a few weeks later I noticed my nail was discolored. Turns out it was nail fungus. I had to clip my nails off and apply nail fungus gel for about 3 weeks in order to get rid of it. It seems they don't (or didn't) sterilize their equipment.
