I ended up buying a package but after thinking about it and knowing my husband and I are trying to conceive and I wouldn't be able to do the treatments if pregnant, I decided it's not the best time. I called and they let me know they have a strict no refund policy, but they would see what they could do given the circumstances. They called back within a very short period of time and let me know they could make an exception and the $100 towards my consultation would still be good for 3 months if I wanted to do something less invasive. They just gained a customer for life, and I'm so so grateful!

Dr. Chiang explained everything so thoughtfully and thoroughly before we started. I can't believe how good the results turned out -- I don't know how she did it, but my eyes look lighter and brighter. I look refreshed, not fake, which was exactly what I wanted. She also did a "lip-flip" with the Botox, which I didn't even know was possible, and I love it. They look so much fuller. I must have called and bugged them 15 times worrying about my pathology results and what every word on them meant. I am thankful to say I'm in the clear now after my excision and ready to move on with life. I'm very grateful for Dr Adams and his team. I literally put my life in their hands. They always made me feel they cared. I also got a couple compliments on how well he did stitching me up and I'll have little scarring. I will be returning for my future check ups.
