I use it especially for my sleep, which, if you've been paying attention to the world lately, has not been exactly a relaxing and restful influence. I usually get to sleep easily enough, but then awaken with my head full of thoughts in the early morning. I have Doreen loaded into my iPod and my iPhone, have some sweet ear buds which don't disturb me when I roll to either side, and then just open the visualization. I'm almost immediately transported into a meditative space that can quickly turn into a deep restful sleep.
