The front desk staff has almost always been really good to me and the one time I had a teeth cleaning with their dental staff in 2015 it was a good experience. However, after the last two appointments I had with Erica Gary, I was really disappointed by her rudeness and blatant condescending behavior. When I called the front desk to go back in again, I told them I would see anyone but her and they actually wanted to know why and what happened so I was impressed that they took the time to get my feedback. In short, I still like the clinic as a whole, but I cant give it higher ratings due to keeping a staff member with behavior like that.

They never told me that my insurance wasnt working, they never sent me any bill, they never emailed or contacted me in any way. As for the actual treatment, all the lady did was try to put me on drugs. She told me I had a disease and obviously didn't want to spend the time to actually help me. Almost 3 years later, I'm in a doctoral program now and doing very well. Too bad we have dinosaur mental health practices with dinasour therapists treating people. Often these people are overworked and dont have time to do much besides throw you on drugs and move you on down the line. Shame. I wonder how many bright minds they ruin.
