I had a pain in my molar, which the dentist came and looked at my xrays and listened to my details of my pain. I switched to Sensodyne toothpaste, and the pain isn't bothering me any longer. The dental nurse that took my X-ray was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease while clearly showing her expertise in how she explained every thing she was doing. Went in great detail at everything we were looking at, reassured any concerns I had with a very transparent and candid manor, and gave me easy to follow tangible advice on follow up care. I had a terrible experience as a child preventing me from seeking proper dental care. When I finally got the nerve to call, I was able to ask questions surrounding my anxiety and immediately felt at ease. I was able to get in for an emergency appointment the following week and scheduled a 3 hour appointment for 4 weeks later to clean my teeth and fix my broken tooth. My anxiety kicked in when I arrived and sat in the parking lot. I am so thankful I went in. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office. The entire staff is amazing, but Rosie is the absolute best! She took care of me on both appointments and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process of deep cleaning and fixing my broken tooth. I took the option of being knocked out for the procedure. The price was reasonable and can be done at their office which is not common. For the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist. I have more work ahead and I cannot wait to go (yes, this must sound crazy). I love them so much I made an appointment for my husband and brother to pay them a visit.
