Remove pack rat nest and voila trans shifts fine. The reason for this post is that my daughter's experience was so pleasant because of the management's honesty and the positive interaction she had with everyone. Potentially the trans problem could've been sold as a clutch problem or cable problem. The A/C problem had been taken to the local stealership and they wanted $2500 to fix the problem. They are super accommodating with your schedule. If you choose to drop off your car, they have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. I normally schedule to wait and get my oil changed. They're quick and efficient and get you going fast so I never mind the wait. They will also rotate your tires for you, if you want, with your oil change. I went back two separate times to figure out what was wrong with my car, and they told me they do not do engine work, and I ended up going to the dealership. I was told the wrong oil; oil filter and spark plugs were put in my car. This resulted in me not having my car for almost two weeks and cost me over $2200 in repairs and other costs. Do not go here, I tried several times reaching out to get my car looked at before going to the dealership and even playing several videos on my phone with how my car sounded and they still refused to look over my car. Yesterday was the third time I have brought my fully functioning car to this place for routine…read moremaintenance and the third time a larger more expensive repair was required to get my car safely home. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I have an older vehicle so I don't know if that predisposes me to predatory practices, but moments after I recieved a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, i got another call saying my battery (which had tested 'low' according to their free diagnostic and would cost me an additional $700+ for them to replace) was now dead and the car wouldn't start. No apology or explanation that the reason the car didn't start is because the technician had drained the battery by leaving the dome light on; I know this because it came on when they jump started it with me in the driver's seat. It was the kind of dome/map light that you have to click on intentionally. What is going on here? And why does a $260 12v prius starter battery cost over $700 to have installed at this place? Highway robbery and no remorse. I was able to install a new battery, purchased at an O'Reilly auto parts store near my house, in minutes. Never again!!!
