I don't know if it was the theater itself, this specific movie, or the UltraScreen setup, but I've never been to a movie that was that loud and normally I'm not someone who would wear earplugs. Aside from the volume, the staff were extremely friendly, we got complimentary popcorn for being part of their rewards program, and the parking lot was huge! The seats recline and were pretty cozy. I will say that when your seat is reclined, it doesn't leave much room in front of you for people to pass through, which I thought was a bit weird.

When we arrived, the system was down so everyone was having to pick up their tickets through the kiosk, instead of any apologies, it was relayed in a way that felt like annoyance which I get you are having to say the same thing over and over, but we had no clue. Because the system was down, there was no way to redeem coupons, which I get again, but I expected that they would manually input it and honor the price after waiting in line. Before going to the theatre, I visited the restroom where the sinks either had working water or working soap but not both. The theatre itself (#11) had no air conditioning and my seat didn't even fully recline which was the entire point to visiting this location. I thought it might be that these seats just don't recline very far but my partners reclined without any issue. To wrap everything up, during the trailers we see that there is a black smudge on the left side of the screen. We ended up leaving before the movie even started because I was too hot due to the lack of air conditioning. I hate writing bad reviews and always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it was very frustrating spending time and energy getting ready just to go out and not be able to enjoy the experience. For some people lack of air conditioning can be an annoyance but manageable, but I unfortunately am not able to handle it, I really wish that the theatre would pre-warn people or fix their screen and air conditioning before scheduling movie showings in that auditorium.

My movie was in screen 3 upstairs, I took the escalator up, but needed to use the bathroom before the movie started, which the sign said was upstairs. If you take the escalator up you have to go back down stairs to the bathroom - it's halfway between floors I guess. The upstairs is 'The Shining themed'. Very cool. When I walked into the theater I had to double check my ticket. It was so messy, popcorn all over the floor, under seats, on seats, left behind trash, just a mess. Looked like they hadn't cleaned all day or a few days.. that's crazy before it's only like 4 screens here. The seats are upgraded to heated recliners which is nice but I found that you really had to look up because the seats are on a slant vs risers. But super grateful for the comfortable seats.

The maintenance and upkeep could use a little more attention to make the environment feel more of a quality experience. ie: the family bathroom changing koala look like it's been on the floor for a long time and the paint / cleanliness of the walls were showing the mileage. Customer service was polite enough and the visit went smoothly, just not memorable enough to give a higher rating. You don't need to show anyone your ticket and can head straight to concessions if you purchased your ticket online. The reclining seats are comfortable, clean, and allow you to recline pretty far back. The aisle space is generous and you don't have to sit your seat up to allow others to walk through the aisle. The bathrooms could use a deep clean. On Tuesday's you can see a movie and get a small popcorn for $5. There's a bar available with $5 bud light, and the concessions has a large variety of items from pizza to funnel cake fries that they will deliver to your seat. The small popcorn is a generous portion and can easily be shared between two people. The butter doesn't have an artificial taste to it and tastes good. There is only one icee machine at this location.

They also have a monster screen which looks like a whole separate building. There's an arcade to the left when you walk in, a nice seating area to the right, and a bar straight ahead w/ concessions right behind the bar. They had really cute movie merch for sell as well as plenty of snacks and food options. I was able to catch the new Halloween specials menu. I ordered the Jeeper's, its reaper pizza which was so good and spicy. They deliver the food right to your seat which is nice. The seats are super comfortable and recline. Loved the movie posters with the fun facts in the hallway. I enjoyed my time here and can't wait to come back and check out the MONSTER screen!
