The staff is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and comforting. I was greeted by Brenda who was pleasant and friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Kayali evaluated me and was extremely knowledgeable in explaining to me the work that I needed to have done in order to save my teeth. I was then informed by Cindy my options in covering my fees for my dental work. Cindy was understanding of my needs and situation and was extremely helpful in getting me fully financed. The day of my surgery was amazingly painless as Dr. Kayali assured me that I wouldn't feel nor remember a thing. His assistant Crystal was also extremely helpful as she assisted in my surgery and made sure that I was safe at all times. She even wheeled me to my car to make sure I was ok. I'm very satisfied with the results and I highly recommend Dr. Kayali ' s office, you will not be dissapointed!

The location has plenty of free parking in a covered structure. (Hint: Drive to the parking structure's second floor for easiest access and wide open parking.) After serious procedures, I walk to the nearby Robek's for a protein smoothie to tide me over until the novacaine wears off. There is also an ice cream (Handel's) shop even closer. The office is clean and the waiting room is pleasant and very spacious. The operating chairs are modern with TVs directly in front of patients. Whether in person or on the phone, the office staff is knowlegeable, always friendly and efficient. They are very helpful with working directly with my insurance company. Appointments stay on schedule and I was never kept waiting. It is always easy to get someone on the phone. Dr. Lee herself has answered the phone at lunchtime and answered my insurance and appointment questions personally. She seems to be hands on in all aspects of the operation I had several dental issues requiring attention. Dr. Lee provided an excellent treatment plan including prioritization, insurance coverage, and expected patient out-of-pocket costs. Dr. Lee explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. She did not push or use scare tactics to rush any non-urgent procedures. Most importantly, Dr. Lee's dental work is outstanding. She definitely knows what she is doing. She works quickly, confidently, and efficiently. The novacaine injection experiences have been very good. Last, but not least, I am extremely happy with the appearance of the fillings and crowns. The shape and color matching are excellent and I can smile with confidence again. Including "Art" in the name was not overreaching. I highly recommend.

Upon walking in I was greeted by friendly staff that made you feel right at home. In the lobby, complimentary coffee and water was offered while you wait. The front desk kept patients updated during the wait, letting us know how much longer the Dr. would be. Once the procedure took place both the doctor and assistant worked thoroughly in making their patients experience as pleasant as possible. Both checked in frequently to ensure there was no pain felt, and if any pain was felt anesthetics were administered promptly to mitigate any further discomfort. During the procedure updates were provided frequently so the patient understood how far along in the process they were. While it may seem mundane it brought reassurance and helped bring me back to reality with the VR goggles. OH YES! They had VR glasses to watch your favorite show or movie while the procedure took place. It helped take your mind off what was really happening in the moment and was definitely a bonus. It was slightly disorienting at first especially if you're not used to them like I was, yet after a while the experience was fantastic! Since the procedure, the doctor has done multiple check ins for the healing process which has been incredibly smooth. Well as smooth as one can expect! The office was not currently providing general anesthesia because they were low on that supply. We were misinformed by one of the office workers, Heidi Jaramillo, that this procedure can be commonly done without general anesthesia. She reassured me of this at least three times in a matter of three days before our scheduled appointment even after I expressed that my husband was concerned about doing it without general anesthesia. She reassured us that the local anesthesia and Valium combo would be enough so that "he wouldn't feel it". Due to our demanding and limited schedules, we took her word for it and decided to schedule the treatment to get this procedure completed for my husband. When we were at our scheduled appointment, we were completely shocked, disappointed, and upset to hear directly from Dr. Kayali that he would prefer for his patients to have general anesthesia when undergoing this procedure and that that is what is most common. We decided to not move forward with the treatment because why would I subject my husband to that experience and that risk. We rearranged our entire personal schedule and I had taken the major inconvenience of having to take the day off work to take my husband to this appointment. How disappointing it is to waste that time (the little time that I have in life) to then walk away without what we needed to get done for his dental health. Oh and not to mention, my husband ended up taking Valium FOR NO REASON AT ALL and was left lethargic all day. In a 1:1 direct, face-to-face conversation with Dr. Kayali as we were deliberating on whether or not to continue and when we expressed our disdain for Heidi, he admitted that his office staff basically "don't know what they're talking about". He put his hands in a "chokehold" gesture implying like he's stuck with this staff (because Abby, his wife did also confirm they are understaffed). Abby's offer to make this situation right for us was equally as insulting (a measly 10% off of our out of pocket costs which wouldn't even cover the gas to and from the office). By the way, I have had multiple phone interactions with Heidi over the course of the last several weeks and she is rude, curt, short, and disrespectful every single time. She just wants to get you off the phone. She has not business providing any kind of customer service. So you've got a business owner who is basically saying they are going to just be okay with the unsatisfactory customer service that is provided to patients. This place is a joke and we will never return. Don't say I didn't warn you.
