Dr. Reyes and his staff (Tina) were amazing during my scheduled visit for dental work. I felt very little pain during my procedure and we took small breaks to alleviate some of the pressure associated with the dental work being done. I made sure to follow all of Dr. Reyes's post op procedures very carefully and I felt little to no pain during the recovery period. Although my dental work is still in progress, I'm confident that I will be in good hands and all we'll turn out well with my new dentist. I'm a happy newer client to Dr. Reyes. We've been coming here for about a couple years now. Our family had a long tie to San Dimas Dental Group - Dr. Bunkers and with his retiring and lots of changes we were looking for a new dentist. One thing that changed was they were constantly pushing Invisalign. Here I don't feel I'm being sold a constant service. After a referral from a friend and long time Azusa resident we opted to go here. My benefits allow for 3 teeth cleanings a year so I am in the office every few months. The office has high standards for cleanliness and the service is great. Extremely friendly staff - it's like Cheers - they know me when I walk in. Never long wait times. Their office is conveniently located in the downtown Azusa area not far from the 210 freeway or the metro station. I've often been able to park right in front, however if occupied there are spaces around the back side. My hygienist is super friendly and very engaging. I always get a nice lil care package after each cleaning. The music in the office is tranquil and there is plenty of privacy. There are tv's mounted on the ceiling for viewing during your procedure. If you are looking to make a switch, new to the area, or maybe work in the area I highly recommend Dr. Reyes. read more

I was very disappointed with how the front desk lady treated me over the phone because I missed my dentist appointment. I had an 8 a.m. appointment but was unexpectedly called into work, so I left a voicemail since the office opens at 8 a.m. She later called me, and I apologized, explaining that I had to go to work. Her response was extremely rude--she told me that because of my absence, her hygienist wouldn't get paid. I apologized again, saying I didn't know what else to say. She then told me that I now owed $50 and wouldn't be able to reschedule. This was definitely not the right approach. Our family and friends have been coming to this dental office for years and always loved the experience. Zora, and Chantel our hygienist are wonderful, and the office manager has been a consistent and helpful presence over the years. However, I'm sad to say that recent experiences with a new staff member named Tina, who works the front desk, have left us disappointed. I've had three family members mention they won't be coming back due to her rude behavior. I experienced this firsthand--she didn't acknowledge me when I arrived, told me to sit down without any pleasantries, and after waiting for ten minutes, she called me by the wrong name. On top of that, she was very loud and used not so nice words in a way that felt unnecessary and condescending. I do apologize, (I gave her a her a look). Her attitude came off as rude, with a smirk that felt like she's laughing at you. It's unfortunate because we've always enjoyed our visits here, but this lack of professionalism is making us reconsider. I must say that I work for AUSD, and many coworkers are talking. read more

After 45 years my wonder family dentist in Covina retired. I did not care for his associate who had been there many years. On 2 different cleaning appointments my wonderful hygienist told me that the dentist was to busy to look at my teeth and I had to come back. So I went to my sons dentist in the shopping center right around the corner. He told me I had some problems. I told the dentist I have no pain and could not afford to see a specialist. I have no insurance. I have known DR. Reyes and a lot of his family for years. He had the hygienist take xrays and found nothing wrong. He said the other dentist mis read the xrays. This was my first time coming to this clinic. Made appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I got my teeth done first; went fast. Not sure if it's because my teeth was too clean, or my hygienist Jane was in a hurry. I felt rushed. My overall time with her was about 25 mins. Doctor Reyes on the other hand was very patient with me and took his time with me. Also I felt the girl who took my xrays was very good. I believe her name was Kathy. Great experience and great staff! I needed to find an oral surgeon for an implant (one tooth) being that my dentist does not provide that service. I did my research and found Dr. Reyes's office and their oral surgeon Dr. Raffi, who is great by the way. But, I particularly want to give a shout-out to Gina, who I believe is the office manager. She is incredibly attentive and answered all my questions(I had a lot of of them). I had questions about cost, procedure, etc. Gina was able to help me with all my questions and sent me what my insurance covered as well as my out-of-pocket for the consultation. The great thing about Gina is that she gets back to you quickly, she is so friendly and she makes it so easy for the patient. I have now had my consultation, and again, Gina helped me with all the next steps. I feel so comfortable with their office and I want to thank Gina for helping make my experience so easy. I give this dental office 5+ STARS!!!! My husband and I moved to the area a couple years ago from Pasadena. Unfortunately I have not been to a dental office for a couple years. Mainly because I don't like the feeling that I get when I go to dental offices. I also had situations where I was out of town due to an illness in the family. My tooth has started to bother me so I decided to call Dr. Reyes's office and they got me immediately. That was impressive that they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you!!! I have been going to Dr. Reyes for several years now and even though I moved about an hour away it is still worth the traffic for an excellent dentist and staff. From the moment you are greeted by the front office ladies to the moment you walk out after your visit you are taken care of like family. I had a wonderful visit yesterday; I needed a crown replaced and it was done right then and there in about an hour and a half. I walked out with my beautiful brand new crown on my tooth. The office manager Julie is so friendly and passionate about taking care of her patients and you honestly can not get any better than Dr. Reyes. He is an artist and also very compassionate to his patients and how they are feeling. His assistants were excellent, very sweet, caring, and professional. I was able to have a cleaning done with the hygienist Kim who took great care of me and was so thorough and personable. I had such a good visit I almost forgot I was at the dentist. read more
