I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this dental office. I felt the work performed on my teeth was extremely poor, particularly the fillings and crown. Unfortunately, I now feel that my teeth have been negatively affected by the dental work I received there, and I am having to deal with the consequences. The entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. In my opinion, the level of professionalism and quality of care was not what I expected from a dental practice. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to do your research and get a second opinion before having any significant dental work done. Dr. Pardo came across as very condescending throughout my visit, but what concerned me even more was the billing. I was told that a 2D oral photographic image would not result in any additional cost to me or my dental insurance. However, when I later reviewed my insurance explanation of benefits, I saw that my insurance had been billed $346 for that imaging. After noticing the charge, I reached out to Dr. Pardo for clarification. Instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, she responded dismissively. Because Dr. Pardo knew I was trying to make the most of my annual insurance benefits, I was disappointed to see my available coverage used for a service that wasn't necessary. Dr. Pardo later said the imaging was necessary, but then why would the dental hygienist ask as if I wanted it in the first place? I shouldn't have to pay for the lack of communication between Dr. Pardo and her staff. I also called several dentists, and they all confirmed that those specialized images aren't necessary for care. There is absolutely no reason for Dr. Pardo to be dishonest and rude. read more

I've been coming to Pardo Dentistry for almost 5 years and they keep amazing me. I had a large filling that needed change and instead of using traditional filling I had a 3D printed partial crown fitted that lasts longer and looks better. They have top of the line and the newest advances in dentistry. And all in the same appointment. In and out with a new tooth and cero pain. No matter what doctor sees you they all have great soft hands. Definitely recommend!!!! read more

I've switched dentist offices about a year ago. Was looking for something closer to home and with good reviews. After a few teeth cleanings and most recently a fix of some old fillings I am finally writing my review--This office is fabulous. The front desk, the technicians and dentists have been amazing. I appreciate how they explain things before and during any teeth work. Dr. Nicholas just did my fillings and he was wonderful. He went over what was to be done, and checked in often to make sure I was doing well while he worked. He explained what I'd feel after the numbing wears off and what to look out for. I like that he said I can come back in for any adjustments needed and they would help me. That kind of care is exactly what I was looking for and I can now say, I plan to make this dental office my home base.
