I've been going to Pardo for a couple years now, back when they were at the original location. The staff is always warm and welcoming and all of my questions are immediately attended to. I usually see Mona and her energy is contagious. She lets me know what needs to be done and makes sure I'm set up for success for my next cleaning. But the best part was I didn't have to deal with a temporary crown, get numbed multiple times, or wait weeks to finish everything. It was all done efficiently and with care in one visit. HOLY ROOT CANALS!!! I am severely disappointed with this office. I went in as a new patient. I told them that first day I was coming off of braces. (Keep this in mind) I went in for teeth cleaning after braces removal. When I got there they told me my silvers were leaking and need to be replaced. I said great let's do it! They did the first set of silvers (3). The next day I was in complete pain. I give them the benefit of the doubt that I am just hurting from the work that had been done and gave it three days. The pain was so immense I couldn't even eat or drink anything without being in so much pain. I told them and had me come in. They checked me out and said they don't see what's wrong. I'm probably just sore and removing old material (the silvers) can cause me to be in pain. Give it more time. Fine. A week ish goes by and I went to the a previously scheduled appointment for the rest of my silvers (2 more). I told them I am still in pain. That I feel the most pain when I wake up in the morning after removing my RETAINER. They said oh no well give it more time you might still be swollen from removing the silvers, that it takes time. Mind you, I am in so much pain that I actually wasn't eating or drinking anything because it is so unbearable. I said okay I'll wait a little longer. Another week goes by and it hasn't gotten any better. I call again and they squeeze me in. They look at my teeth and said the pain is possibly from my bite being uneven. So they physically removed my retainer from my mouth and file 5 fillings down. Great went home and I was still in pain the next day but much better!! I'm still in pain though..so I go in AGAIN! They file me down and take X-rays. They realized I had void in one of my fillings that they missed. That has to be the source of my pain right? Nope. Still in pain. I called and went in again! Dentist walks in and says she doesn't know what can be causing my pain. I repeat the pain is the worse when I remove my retainer. She goes "ohhhh you didn't tell me you had a retainer!" What? Yes I did! You guys were removing it each time! What? Okay. Whatever. She has me put the retainer on and shaves my retainer and fillings down again....and yes you guessed it. I was still in pain! I said screw this crap they obviously trying to gaslight me into thinking this is all in my head and there is nothing wrong with me. When I was in excruciating pain. I travel an hour to my old dentist and she did X-rays. Within two minutes. TWO MINUTES. She said that they (Pardo) drilled too far down and filled it too far down it is now touching my nerve. That's the pain I am feeling. She said I need a root canal very soon. She unfortunately cannot do root canal's, I'll need a specialist. I found a different dentist closer to home to see if they could find what my old dentist found. Sure enough, she knew it was the fillings touching my nerves...I told her this story. She sent me to a specialist and I had to have a root canal. Oh yea and guess what? The nerve was dying because of everything. I felt sooooooo much better once this specific tooth was removed! But the specialist thinks I'll possibly need root canal's on ALLL of the teeth Pardo did!!! Cause all of the nerves are dying. So today I finished my 2nd root canal out of 5. Oh and cherry on top my insurance maxed out due to all of the visits! So I have to pay for all my root canals out of pocket. 3 more to go. Yay! Also since the Pardo dentist shaved my retainer down and now my my bottom teeth are crooked. So on top of everything my two years in braces was a complete waste because she shaved my retainer down. This should've never ever happened. Doing fillings should be the easiest most common thing to do. Reception was nice. The facility was nice. But that's all I got for this place. I say this with 100% of my soul and being. DO NOT GO PARDO DENTISTRY!! Don't want this to happen to anyone else! read more

I've been getting my regular teeth cleaning here for about 3 years now. I don't hate it, it's clean , everyone is nice, SOME of the dental assistants do a great job. There is a big HOWEVER every time i go in i get a lecture on how i should floss more the entire time im there. Im 40 years old being spoken to like a child. I've mentioned that i have a full time job and 3 children two of which are toddlers so the fact that i even have time to brush my teeth at all is a luxury, i floss when i can lady! Im here every 6 months and i've never had a cavity in my life! you know that because you can see my chart so obviously you know that im not oblivious to the existence of dental hygiene yet we sit here every time i get the lecture and it goes on and on and on . I'll start by apologizing for such a long review but not enough good things can be said about my experience with Pardo Dentistry. My dentist, Monica Pardo, deserves all the best praise. From my first appointment Dr. Pardo was really friendly, professional and informative. She makes sure you are comfortable throughout every step and communicates very well everything you're going to get done. Including going through your insurance and payment plans so you are never hit with a surprise at the end. In the beginning I was only in need of regular cleaning and I got the best, most thorough cleanings I've ever had. Today I had an emergency. One of my molars broke last night so I called early today and even though they are always fully booked, they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I had the hole filled for now, and we went through the next steps because the piece lost was big so a partial crown will be needed. But for now I'm walking away very happy and so is my tongue that kept going to the hole. (If this has ever happened to you, you understand what I mean ;). The work done today has been phenomenal and super efficient. And beyond everything else, prices are also very reasonable and affordable. The recently opened location is also fantastic. It is super clean without feeling like a cold clinic but warm, welcoming and super professional. Everything is new and top of the line. Overall, I am beyond happy with my experience in the past years at Pardo Dentistry and I recommend them to anyone without a doubt. read more
