I love this office. Since I've started being a patient, the office has expanded (moved locations as well as hired more staff). They have always been fabulous. So good that I even told my husband he should go there and my husband now goes to the dentist! He use to not see a dentist at all and would dread it. Today I went in for a regular check up. Kaylee did my cleaning and not only did she a good job, but was also super personable and gentle. I also am not very good at flossing regularly and this office has never scolded me like others. They gently and nicely remind me that I should do that. Also I've had a very small chip on a a top front tooth that years ago anotber office tried to fill with a caveat saying that it may not work, and soon after the filling fell out. Dr. Garcia saw it today and is confident it can be repaired. I know it's cosmetic but it's details like these that go a long way. They not only make you feel comfortable, but also have good technology (for example, x-rays aren't done the old school way with a wait time to process in a dark room, but use a wireless "gun" with instant pictures.) read more

I have a broken tooth and needed to see a dentist, I emailed Pardo with my insurance card attached looking to make an appointment to get it fixed. I made the appointment on Jan 31 for February 15th. I get there early, get to the desk, no appointment.I go get my work phone out of the car , and they found my email. The next surprise was they didn't accept my insurance... I've been a long-time patient at Pardo Dentistry, and Dr. Pardo has always provided excellent care, which is why I've stayed with this practice for many years. However, my recent experience with one of the hygienists, Monalisa, was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. A few years ago, I had a cleaning with Monalisa and found her attitude rude and condescending. Since then, I've made it a point to avoid scheduling appointments with her. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was unknowingly scheduled with her again due to booking online. I decided to give her a second chance, but within minutes of sitting in the chair, her arrogant and condescending behavior resurfaced. What was especially frustrating was how she addressed me. At one point, she essentially scolded me, saying "Dude, you're on the right track to loosing all your teeth" and sarcastically encouraged me to "keep doing what I was doing" if I wanted that to happen. I found this to be highly exaggerated and completely inappropriate. Monalisa also overstepped her role as a hygienist by acting as though she was diagnosing me before the doctor even had a chance to evaluate my teeth. For example, she pointed out that my gums were inflamed and that I needed to floss more, which is fair. However, she kept poking my gums, making them bleed, and kept saying "See, see, this is why you need to floss" almost like she was scolding a child. It felt excessive and unnecessary. To make matters worse, she stood up at one point, moved the light out of my face, and loudly called into the hallway for assistance, acting as if I were some kind of difficult case that required special attention. It was humiliating and uncomfortable. I eventually decided that I had had enough, and I told her, "I'm done." She seemed surprised, but her response was dismissive, and I left without seeing the doctor. I genuinely believe Dr. Pardo should consider implementing better oversight of her team's interactions with patients, perhaps by placing microphones in exam rooms to monitor how staff communicates. I'm now in the uncomfortable position of needing to find a new dentist because this experience has made it too awkward for me to return. Overall I never had an issue with the rest of the staff or doctor, it's just this one hygienist that has left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

When you have emergency, they have you go in right away! I live almost an hour away from them but I would never change my dentist even if it was a minute close! Best Doctor and Best Staff! I wasn't going to leave a review, but the more I thought about it the more I think my input would bring some attention to how some of the procedures are done at Pardo dentistry in Glendora. My issues started a little over a year ago and this is when I got a filling done on the left bottom side where my molars are and for the longest time it hurt and still hurts to eat or even floss on that side of my mouth. I brought this up with the office and they told me it would go away in two weeks and so I waited the two weeks and the pain never went away. The the same issue recently happened with my dad where the same procedure was done (a filling) and he told me that it hurt to even eat or floss on the side that the filling was done on. The reason for this was because the person who performed this procedure left the nerve exposed, the office quickly fixed the issue but with me, they didn't even acknowledge it to the point of even offering to fix it. My second issue had to do with when I got my teeth cleaned they noticed some brown spots on my teeth near the gum area I thought they would take care of it and permanently get rid of them but to this day they keep coming back on the same areas. Pardo dentistry has not resolved why these stains keep occurring. Honestly, I have not had the best experience with them and I would not recommend going back to them, especially if it's for a filling. It's best to just save your money and go somewhere else. My first impression was wonderful!!!! 10/10. The front desk attendants were sooo kind and welcoming. Like suuupeer sweet. I have some dentist trauma/baggage (dentists lying or over exaggerating small things, pressuring me super hard to do cosmetic surgery, and charging insane amounts for things other dentists told me I don't actually need...) so I was very wary and watchful!!! Given my background, I would give Pardo a 10/10 so far, and I have high standards! Kylie was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly, didn't try to sell me on anything, didn't pressure me, and was very honest. I could tell she really cares about her job, and actually doing things WELL. She took her time, was cautious and gentle, but also kept to the time frame promised (2 hours) with X-rays, cleaning, doctor recommendations, and everything. Dr. Pardo (the mom) was great. I trusted her. The office was also really cute! Kinda decorated like a trendy but affordable Airbnb (lol) and very clean and welcoming. A wonderful experience! I had a broken filling and the office fit me into their busy schedule despite being very busy. The new office space is clean, bright and beautifully designed.
