BEWARE - I asked for a partial refund after 2 of the 6 sessions and was refused…read more I came across Corexcell on youtube. The guy talking on the video differentiated between hip flexor pain and adductor pain. This caught my attention. I went to the website and signed up for the Private Therapy Package - 6 private one-on-one 60 minute sessions. There were other options such as a 2 session package or just access to the online content without any private sessions. After the purchase I was prompted to fill out the health questionnaire, I spent at least 60 minutes filing it out thoroughly. I also scheduled a couple of sessions (which were going to be done via zoom) according to my work and home schedule, which were more than a week away. I got a call from Zach that or the following day. He wanted to reschedule the first session that week so we did. The first session was on Dec 16th for 10am my time and 1pm their time. I logged into the first session and nobody was there. I called at 10.01; no answer. I kept waiting. Then at 10.15 I sent a text message: "Hello, just wanted to confirm we have a zoom session now at 10am pacific/1pm eastern time Thursday Dec 16th." I got a "yes" a minute later from Zach. I waited another 10 minutes and text "where do you want me to log in?" Zach called a minute later to reschedule for three hours later that same day. Then at 12:55 PM I sent a text "reminder zoom session in approximately 5 minutes with Sam." Since Zach had asked me to remind 5 minutes before the session. During the zoom session there were two other clients that Zach was attending to in person. I understand the nuances of sharing a weight room with other individuals, so this was not a problem with me, but this was not as advertised "one-on-one." Multiple times Zach would tell me to do a drill then walk away from the camera/screen. Zach had me go through the drills that were on the website, no assessment or questions were asked. At the end of that first session (which was not a full 60 minutes) I said to him "you know my groin doesn't hurt and I've been pain free for a while." Zach responded bewildering with a "it doesn't?" It became apparent at that moment that Zach had NOT read through my answers on the questionnaire that I had completed in which I clearly stated that I had been pain free for a few months. Zach then traveled out of the country and wanted to communicate via WhatsApp. We scheduled a second session and I messaged him a 30 minute reminder beforehand like he had asked period time for the session came around and a "no show" again. I got a call on WhatsApp two hours after the scheduled session to reschedule for another day. Neither of the sessions were 60 minutes as advertised and only the second was was one-on-one. After the 2 sessions I had flare-ups in my groin that I hadn't had for months. I decided to ask for a partial refund and was refused.

My son is a young athlete and I took him to CoreXcell for off season training. Zach and the…read moretrainers are very good with all types of sports and workouts. Highly recommended if you're looking to take your young athlete to the next level.
