This week I was ready to buy and tried at two different Ace Hardware stores who carry Stihl and displayed the model I wanted but had none in stock. My sister reminded me of our purchase of our Ferris riding lawnmower from Haltom, two years ago and that they carry Stihl too, so I headed that way. Sure enough they had the model, BGA 60, I was looking for in stock and an extra battery. While I waited, I browsed through their showroom. You can see from my photos posted here they have pretty much everything you need for landscape maintenance. I found a pair of lopers that will cut a 2¼ inch branch. They have really long handles to make it easy and they retail for only $78. After cutting grass at three different houses, I am happy with my purchase of the BGA 60 Stihl Blower. I like the four LED lights on the batteries with the push button to let you know how much of a charge is left. Also the blower will decrease a tad in power to let you the battery is almost done before it goes completely dead. That's a nice feature. I'm also glad I bought the extra battery since I'm responsible for cutting seven different yards.

I plan on giving them all my future service. Additional info - I just took my new used car to them because the brakes were absolutely crap. I had thought new rotors and pads all around would make it right again. The estimate was about 600 but strangely the next day when they started the work, I got a call from them saying I didn't need all the new parts and the eventual price was reduced to $173. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. If you are in the general vicinity, you will want to know of the most honest family business you can work with. Kudos to them.
