The famous hundred year old lady of Patchogue got her own walkway. That's right, Eloise Staudinger.
She started her clothing store business, The Colony Shop, in 1946 which is still thriving and houses 3 generations of Staudingers - including Eloise herself who still does some ironing and sewing.

This walkway was added to honor this upstanding citizen. It's really kind of just an alley with a sign, but hey. I don't have my own walkway, so I shouldn't make fun. Gino's Pizza is right next door,
