It sent numerous messages asking for forms to be filled out and all personal and insurance info. When i got there there was a remote portal to check into. It turned out i had No Appointment even though they had all the info I had sent. Someone was to call me BUT no one did. The real kicker was that after all that i was informed that despite their website saying they treated Pelvic Floor. they DON'T. I DO NOT LIVE CLOSE TO THERE AND WENT ONLY BECAUSE OF THEIR WEBSITE SAYING THEY WERE SPECIALIST IN MY PROBLEM AREA. So for all their ineptitude and misinformation I am giving them 1 star

In 2015 I was 17, homeless and heavily addicted to Opiates. Making the decision to enter long-term treatment was the best choice I ever made. I was tired of 3-day detoxes and 28-day programs. What I genuinely needed was time. Time away from my neighborhood, time away from my family, and time away from the drugs. While I was in the residnetial part of the program, I really had a chance to be a kid and grow up again. The staff there are truly role models and they actually care about the kids succeeding.
