I also told him I wanted to have a tree stump removed from my property. He quoted the price for that as well. Which was reasonable. He didn't explain that someone different would be removing the stump. So I had to wait for that person to come which was at a different time on that day and he was an hour and a half late. Now he also did a good job but as I said my frustrations came in on getting return calls in ref to the jobs being done. First impressions are everything and even with me leaving voice messages. As well as texting. I felt it was being ignored. They finally got back to me and we got the job done but it was a challenge. This company provided a very thorough service but I went through a lot to get it. If they could improve on the customer communication this would have been five stars. So 3.5 is my overall rating.
